「115年度創意發明出國遴選競賽」即日起至4月10日(五)23:59(逾期寄送恕無法受理)止開放報名,敬邀本校師生團隊踴躍報名參加!
活動目的:
1.營造本校創意發明氛圍,展現師生創意能量。
2.遴選優質創意發明作品參與國際創意發明、設計競賽或參展。
活動說明:
一、報名資格:
1.參賽對象為本校教師生,鼓勵跨系科組隊報名,每位老師以2件作品參賽為原則。
2.已有作品實體或模型。
二、 辦理方式:
1. 報名期間:自公告日起至115年4月10日23:59止。
2. 報名資料:創意發明競賽報名表(如附件)相關作品實體或模型以照片方式呈現於報名表中、團隊成員以口頭簡報模式錄製及上傳8分鐘的作品說明影片(不宜以AI錄製,但若影音檔有影片簡介,得以運用AI 編輯製作)。申請表以電子檔方式(檢附電子簽章)繳交(電子檔請寄至zxqwcver@gms.tcu.edu.tw建國校區研發處智慧財產及產學創業中心-郭哲昇/分機22714)。
3.本次遴選採迴避方式,由研究發展會議委員圈選之校外學界及業界專家擔任遴選委員,依分數等第決選金、銀、銅牌,代表本校參加國際發明展(德國紐倫堡、瑞士日內瓦、美國矽谷)、設計競賽(紅點、IF)或商展(德國MEDICA)為原則,獲獎隊伍因故放棄參與,則依序遞補。
4.若參賽件數低於或等於3件,主辦單位保留延期辦理的權利。
5.依當次參賽作品水準,必要時得以「從缺」或「增額」辦理;曾參與本校出國遴選競賽未獲遴選之作品可再參賽。
6.獲獎隊伍因故放棄參與國際創意發明競賽、國外商展或設計展,則依序遞補。
7.本次競賽依據「慈濟大學創意發明、設計競賽遴選暨參展補助辦法」辦理;本次出國遴選競賽團隊需參與115年12月31日前之國際發明展、國外商展或設計展。
8.主辦單位保有隨時修改、暫停或終止本活動之權利,本活動一切更動將以研發處公告為主。
三、 評選標準:
設計理念:創新性30%、實用性25%、市場性15%、作品完整(成熟)度10%、作品解說20%

**Announcement: Call for Participation in the 115th Annual Creative Invention Overseas Selection Competition**
The registration period for the 115th Annual Creative Invention Overseas Selection Competition is now open and will remain open until 23:59 on April 10 (Friday). Submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted. We sincerely invite all faculty and student teams from this university to participate enthusiastically.
**Purpose of the Event:**
1. To foster a creative invention atmosphere within the university and showcase the innovative energy of our faculty and students.
2. To select outstanding creative invention works to participate in international invention, design competitions, or exhibitions.
**Event Details:**
**I. Eligibility:**
1. Participants must be current faculty or students of this university. Interdisciplinary team participation is encouraged. Each faculty member may submit up to two works.
2. Submissions must include a physical prototype or model of the work.
**II. Implementation Method:**
1. **Registration Period:** From the date of this announcement until 23:59 on April 10, 115.
2. **Registration Materials:** Complete the Creative Invention Competition Registration Form (see attachment). Include photographs of the physical prototype or model in the registration form. Prepare an 8-minute oral presentation video of the team members explaining the work (AI-generated videos are not recommended, but if the video includes a presentation, AI editing may be used). Submit the completed registration form electronically with an electronic signature (send to zxqwcver@gms.tcu.edu.tw, Research and Development Office, Intellectual Property and Industry-Academia Entrepreneurship Center, Guo Zhe-sheng, ext. 22714, Jian Guo Campus).
3. The selection process will be conducted by external academic and industry experts appointed by the Research and Development Committee, following a conflict-of-interest policy. Winners will be selected based on scores and awarded gold, silver, or bronze prizes. Winning teams will represent the university at international invention exhibitions (Nuremberg, Germany; Geneva, Switzerland; Silicon Valley, USA), design competitions (Red Dot, IF), or trade shows (MEDICA, Germany). If a winning team withdraws, the next eligible team will be substituted.
4. If the number of submissions is three or fewer, the organizing committee reserves the right to postpone the event.
5. Depending on the quality of submissions, the committee may decide to leave certain categories vacant or add additional awards. Works that did not win in previous overseas selection competitions may be resubmitted.
6. If a winning team withdraws from participating in international invention competitions, trade shows, or design exhibitions, the next eligible team will be substituted.
7. This competition is conducted in accordance with the "Tzu Chi University Creative Invention and Design Competition Selection and Exhibition Support Regulations." Teams selected for the overseas competition must participate in an international invention exhibition, trade show, or design exhibition before December 31, 115.
8. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the event at any time. All updates will be announced by the Research and Development Office.
**III. Evaluation Criteria:**
- Design Concept: Innovation (30%), Practicality (25%), Marketability (15%), Completeness (Maturity) of Work (10%), Explanation of Work (20%).
