各位承辦同仁您好:

一、114學年度第2學期兼任教師設定及投保作業,敬請各教學單位助理協助於115年2月11日(週
  三)中午12時前完成兼任教師投保身分設定及繳回「兼任教師保險身分聲明書」,以利加保作
  業。

二、設定介面:
  校務資訊系統-->人資處-->保險作業管理-->兼任教師投保設定及查詢。
  請依教師填寫「兼任教師保險身分聲明書」內容設定《保險類別》及《勞保類別》,設定完
  成請務必儲存。

三、如未於規定時間內完成設定,將會影響教師投保權益,敬請各位同仁協助,謝謝。

四、已繳交聲明書者,不需重複填寫。

五、請各院、系助理確認兼任教師授課事實,如臨時取消聘任或無授課事實(未開課),請務必即
  時通知人資處辦理退保。
**Announcement Regarding Part-Time Faculty Insurance Enrollment for the Second Semester of Academic Year 114**

Dear Staff Members,

1. **Insurance Enrollment for Part-Time Faculty – Second Semester, Academic Year 114**
Please assist in completing the insurance enrollment process for part-time faculty by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, February 11, 115. This includes setting up the insurance status for part-time faculty and submitting the "Declaration of Insurance Status for Part-Time Faculty." Timely completion of these tasks is essential to ensure the insurance enrollment process proceeds smoothly.

2. **System Interface for Setting Up Insurance Status**
Please follow the steps below to access the system:
- Academic Affairs Information System --> Human Resources Division --> Insurance Management --> Part-Time Faculty Insurance Enrollment Setup and Inquiry.
- Based on the information provided in the "Declaration of Insurance Status for Part-Time Faculty," please set the appropriate **Insurance Category** and **Social Insurance Category**. After completing the setup, ensure that you save your changes.

3. **Consequences of Late Submission**
Failure to complete the setup within the specified timeframe may affect the insurance benefits of the part-time faculty. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

4. **No Need to Resubmit**
If a declaration has already been submitted, there is no need to resubmit it.

5. **Verification of Teaching Assignments**
Please verify the teaching assignments of part-time faculty. If there are any last-minute cancellations of appointments or if a faculty member has not been assigned to teach (i.e., no course has been scheduled), please notify the Human Resources Division immediately to process the withdrawal from insurance.
