說明：
一、旨揭專案係國科會為提供外籍科研人才來臺實習管道，增加認識臺灣科研實力之機會，進而提升來臺深造或就業意願，以充實臺灣科研人力，特委本院科政中心規劃辦理。
二、本專案規劃內容重點如次：
(一)申請期間：即日起開放線上申請，外籍實習生應依預計實習起始月份，於下列期限前完成實習申請程序。預計於115年6月或7月起始實習者，應於2月13日前完成申請；預計於8月、9月或10月起始實習者，應於4月15日前完成申請；預計於11月或12月起始實習者，應於7月15日前完成申請。
(二)實習名額： 600名實習生為上限。
(三)實習期間：因應各國學制差異，實習生可於115年6月至116年2月間安排實習，期程至少28日、至多90日，惟來臺起始日不得晚於115年12月31日。
(四)申請資格：具外國籍且於國外大專院校就學，符合我國重點研究領域或具有人文社會科學專業知識背景之非大陸（含港澳）地區在學生。
(五)申請方式：提報實習職缺之計畫主持人或主動申請之外籍學生，請至本專案網站(https:／／iipp.stpi.niar.org.tw/)線上註冊帳號，並填妥相關資訊。
(六)實習原則：計畫主持人於實習期間需提供實習生適當研究指導，並協助與臺灣學生互動交流及認識臺灣多元文化；實習生須依參與計畫之研究主題及領域，從事相關研究與學習。
三、為利本專案之推動，檢附專案英文申請須知（附件一）及廣宣文件（附件二）各1份，惠請貴機關協助公告周知，並鼓勵計畫主持人及外籍學生踴躍報名。另請貴機關協助外籍生實習期間之住宿安排及提供各項行政支援服務；如外籍生須向貴機關繳納相關衍生費用，請來信提供英文說明資訊，俾利本中心協助公告於專案網站。
**Announcement: International Internship Program for Overseas Research Talent**
**I. Purpose**
This initiative, organized by the Center for Science and Technology Policy under this institute at the request of the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), aims to provide overseas research talents with opportunities to intern in Taiwan. By enhancing their understanding of Taiwan is research capabilities, the program seeks to increase their interest in pursuing further studies or employment in Taiwan, thereby strengthening the nation is research workforce.
**II. Program Overview**
The key details of this program are as follows:
**(1) Application Period**
Online applications are now open. International interns must complete their application procedures according to the following deadlines based on their intended internship start month:
- For those planning to start internships in June or July 2026: Applications must be submitted by February 13, 2026.
- For those planning to start internships in August, September, or October 2026: Applications must be submitted by April 15, 2026.
- For those planning to start internships in November or December 2026: Applications must be submitted by July 15, 2026.
**(2) Number of Internships**
A maximum of 600 internships will be available.
**(3) Internship Duration**
To accommodate differences in academic calendars worldwide, interns may arrange their internships between June 2026 and February 2027. The duration must be at least 28 days and no more than 90 days. The start date of the internship in Taiwan must not be later than December 31, 2026.
**(4) Eligibility**
Applicants must:
- Be foreign nationals currently enrolled at universities or colleges abroad;
- Be students from regions outside Mainland China (including Hong Kong and Macau);
- Be studying in fields aligned with Taiwan is priority research areas or possess expertise in humanities and social sciences.
**(5) Application Process**
Project leaders submitting internship positions or international students applying independently should register an account on the program is official website ([https://iipp.stpi.niar.org.tw/](https://iipp.stpi.niar.org.tw/)) and complete the required information.
**(6) Internship Principles**
During the internship period, project leaders are expected to provide appropriate research guidance to interns and facilitate interactions with Taiwanese students as well as opportunities for interns to experience Taiwan is diverse culture. Interns are required to engage in research and learning activities relevant to the research topic and field of their assigned project.
**III. Supporting Documents**
To facilitate the implementation of this program, we have attached one copy each of the English-language application guidelines (Attachment I) and promotional materials (Attachment II). We kindly request your agency is assistance in disseminating this information widely and encouraging both project leaders and international students to participate actively. Additionally, we ask your agency to assist with accommodation arrangements for international interns during their stay and provide administrative support services. If international interns are required to pay any related fees to your agency, please send us an English explanation for posting on the program is official website.
