有關本校「教師評鑑」相關說明如下:
1.原慈濟科技大學與原慈濟大學在合校前,教師評鑑制度本即有所差異,前者為每年受評,後者為每兩年一評,兩校教師之評鑑資料採計期間並不相同,故於合校初期,為兼顧制度整合與保障教師權益,學校於113學年度增訂落日條款,使原科大教師得適用原評鑑制度檢核其113學年度之表現。
2.本校已於114年6月13日完成修訂本校教師評鑑辦法及教師評鑑施行細則,自114學年度起,全體教師均依現行統一之教師評鑑法規辦理。
3.本校教師評鑑以每兩年一評的方式執行:
(1)原科大教師於116學年度接受評鑑時,將檢視其114及115學年度之表現。
(2)原慈大教師則依既行之兩年一評制度,持續檢視前兩學年之表現(例如:114學年度受評教師,檢視112、113學年度之表現),評鑑作業亦持續不中斷。

For your reference, the following provides an explanation regarding the faculty performance reviews at this university:
1.Prior to the merger of the former Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology and the former Tzu Chi University, there were differences in their respective faculty performance reviews. The former institution conducted reviews annually, while the latter did so every two years. As a result, the periods for which faculty performance reviews data were counted differed between the two institutions. In order to ensure a smooth integration of systems and to safeguard teachers i rights during the initial phase of the merger, the university introduced a sunset clause for the academic year 113, allowing teachers from the former university to be assessed under their original faculty performance reviews for that academic year.
2.The university has completed revisions to Tzu Chi University Rules for Faculty Performance Reviews and Implementation Rules on June 13, 114. Starting from academic year 114, all teachers will be reviewed in accordance with the currently unified faculty performance review regulations.
3. The faculty performance reviews system at this university is conducted every two years as follows:
(1) Teachers from the former university will be reviewed in academic year 116 based on their performance in academic years 114 and 115.
(2) Teachers from the original Tzu Chi University will continue to be reviewed every two years according to their existing system (for example, teachers evaluated in academic year 114 will be assessed based on their performance in academic years 112 and 113), with evaluations proceeding uninterrupted.
