一、依據「教育部教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫」辦理。
二、旨揭跨校教師社群為透過區域基地模式，邀請學校教師組成跨校教師社群，共同研擬教學現場問題、研究規劃、精進教學方式及提升學習成效，有助於教師申請教育部教學實踐研究計畫以及教學實務升等。
三、徵件說明：
(一)申請日期：即日起至115年2月28日（六）止。
(二)社群組成：
1、社群成員至少4位教師組成，由1名專任教師擔任社群召集人，並須包含1名曾獲核教育部教學實踐研究計畫或以教學實務升等成功之教師。
2、社群成員至少須含2校以上專任教師組成，每位教師以參加1個社群為限，獲補助社群於執行期間內不可變更社群成員，但可邀請非社群教師共同參與社群活動。
(三)補助經費：每一社群最高補助新台幣5萬元，憑據核銷。(獲本基地評選之前一年度績優社群得於今年度申請新社群計畫時，增加至多一萬元社群經費)。
(四)執行期程：依核定通過日起至115年11月30日（一）止，成果報告書於115年12月5日（六）前繳交。
(五)繳交說明：請於申請期間填妥執行規劃書Word檔和PDF檔，寄至chiao0123@pu.edu.tw，並於信件主旨註明「申請中區跨校教師社群」，內容格式不符或逾期，恕不予受理。
四、徵件說明會暨績優教師社群分享會：
(一)活動日期：115年2月23日（一）12:10-13:00。
(二)活動地點：線上Google meet會議室（將於會議前提供會議網址）。

**Announcement: Call for Proposals for the Central Taiwan Inter-College Teacher Communities under the Ministry of Education is Teaching Practice Research Project Regional Base Program**
I. This initiative is conducted in accordance with the Ministry of Education is Teaching Practice Research Project Regional Base Program.
II. The purpose of this inter-college teacher community program is to foster collaboration among faculty members from different institutions through a regional base model. By forming inter-college teacher communities, participants will jointly identify issues in classroom teaching, develop research plans, refine teaching methodologies, and enhance student learning outcomes. This initiative aims to support faculty members in applying for the Ministry of Education is Teaching Practice Research Project and in advancing their academic ranks through teaching excellence.
III. Submission Guidelines:
(1) **Application Period:** From the date of this announcement until February 28, 2026 (Monday).
(2) **Community Composition:**
- Each community must consist of at least four faculty members, with one full-time faculty member serving as the community coordinator.
- The community must include at least one faculty member who has previously received funding from the Ministry of Education is Teaching Practice Research Project or has successfully advanced their academic rank through teaching excellence.
- Each community must include full-time faculty members from at least two different institutions. Each faculty member may participate in only one community. Once approved, community members may not be changed during the project period; however, non-community faculty may be invited to participate in community activities.
(3) **Funding:** Each approved community will receive a maximum grant of NT$50,000, subject to reimbursement based on valid receipts. (Communities recognized as outstanding in the previous year by this regional base may apply for an additional NT$10,000 grant for a new project this year.)
(4) **Project Duration:** From the date of approval until November 30, 2026 (Tuesday). A final project report must be submitted by December 5, 2026 (Monday).
(5) **Submission Requirements:** During the application period, please prepare both Word and PDF versions of your project proposal and email them to chiao0123@pu.edu.tw. The subject line should clearly state “Application for Central Taiwan Inter-College Teacher Community.” Applications with incorrect formatting or submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
IV. Information Session and Outstanding Teacher Community Sharing Session:
(1) **Date:** February 23, 2026 (Monday), 12:10 PM – 1:00 PM.
(2) **Venue:** Online via Google Meet (The meeting link will be provided prior to the event).
