**Announcement**
The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) hereby announces that applications for the "Advanced Silicon Photonics Research and Application Program" for fiscal year 115 are now open. All applicants are kindly requested to submit their proposals to the Council by February 5, 115 (Sunday). Submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted. Please take note and kindly circulate this information accordingly.
