一、 114學年宿舍相關重要日期：
1. 第一學期住宿截止日：115/1/11中午12時止（未申請寒假留宿者離宿）。
2. 第二學期住宿開放日：115/2/21中午12時起（本學期有住宿者入住）。
二、 寒假留宿作業時間：
1. 申請時間：114/12/15~114/12/19截止
2. 繳費時間：114/12/22~114/12/26截止。
三、 寒假留宿申請相關規定：
1. 申請資格：114學年度有住宿床位者（無床位經各處室系所簽陳者）。
2. 申請時段：
ぇ 第一階段：115/1/11~115/2/14中午12時截止。
え 第二階段：115/2/14中午12時起~115/2/21中午12時截止（春節期間僅提供外籍生）。
四、 春節期間外籍生注意事項：
1. 建國校區：
ぇ 遷入中央校區：115/1/12上午9點開始。
え 遷回建國校區：115/2/21上午10點開始。
2. 介仁校區：：
ぇ 遷入中央校區：
A. 第一批：115/1/12上午9時開始。
B. 第二批：115/2/11上午9時開始。
え 遷回介仁校區：115/2/21上午10開始。
3. 其餘相關細節訊息由全球處通知。
五、 留宿申請及查詢方式：
1. 申請：
登錄學生資訊系統 → 學務處 → 住宿選單 → 學生住宿申請 → 住宿類別 → 上傳證明文件（行政師長上簽文件或活動申請學生留宿證明單） → 確認
【說明】上傳證明或行政簽文:
ぇ 上傳留宿證明單請向師長索取，師長簽名後再上傳。
え 以行政簽文，請向師長詢問簽呈文號及留宿原因（寫於上網時備註欄位）
ぉ 若未附上述約定，均採退案處理，請申請者留意。
お 境外生(不用提供，但上網申請，請依【類別選項】申請)
2. 查詢：
登錄學生資訊系統 → 學務處 → 住宿選單 → 住宿申請查詢 → 確認案件狀態。
六、 注意事項：
1. 寒假期間三校區宿舍正常開放。
2. 農曆春節期間僅開放中央校區提供境外生住宿，其餘宿舍均關閉。
3. 凡宿舍記點超過60（含）點及未有本學期住宿床位者不予申請寒假留宿，概不受理。
4. 凡逾時辦理留宿作業申請或繳納住宿費者，視為逾時完成作業，將取消原申請作業不再受理。若仍有住宿需求者，須提出專案申請並依宿舍規定予以記10點後，方能受理申請作業。
5. 凡未經申請通過或未完成繳費者，私自留宿者屬違規行為，除應補繳住宿費外，另依宿舍規定記點20點。若發現逃避點名者或違規宿舍規範者，將專案進行簽核處分。
6. 申請寒假留宿者需配合宿舍之相關清潔消毒打掃及修繕作業，未能配合者將取消留宿資格，並不予退費。
七、 其它未盡事宜，按宿舍相關規定辦理，如有相關疑問，請至宿輔組洽詢。

I. Important Dormitory Dates for the 114 Academic Year
1.End of First Semester Accommodation:

(Students who have not applied for winter break accommodation must move out.)

II. Winter Break Accommodation Application Schedule
1.Application Period:
December 15, 114 – December 19, 114 (deadline)
2.Payment Period:
December 22, 114 – December 26, 114 (deadline)
III. Regulations for Winter Break Accommodation Application
1.Eligibility:
Students who have a dormitory bed for the 114 academic year
(Students without a bed must obtain approval signed by relevant administrative offices or departments.)
2.Accommodation Periods:
Phase 1: January 11, 115 – 12:00 PM on February 14, 115
Phase 2: From 12:00 PM on February 14, 115 to 12:00 PM on February 21, 115
(During the Lunar New Year period, accommodation is provided for international students only.)
IV. Notes for International Students During the Lunar New Year Period
1.Jianguo Campus:
A.Move to Central Campus: Starting 9:00 AM on January 12, 115
B.Move back to Jianguo Campus: Starting 10:00 AM on February 21, 115
2.Jieren Campus:
A.Move to Central Campus:
First group: Starting 9:00 AM on January 12, 115
Second group: Starting 9:00 AM on February 11, 115
B.Move back to Jieren Campus: Starting 10:00 AM on February 21, 115
3.Other relevant details will be announced by the Office of Global Affairs.
V. Application and Inquiry Procedures
1.Application:
Log in to the Student Information System → Office of Student Affairs → Housing Menu → Student Housing Application → Accommodation Type → Upload supporting documents
Notes on uploading supporting documents or administrative approvals:
A.The winter break accommodation certificate must be obtained from faculty members and uploaded after being signed.
B.For administrative approval documents, please consult faculty members for the approval reference number and the reason for accommodation (to be entered in the remarks field during online application).
C.Applications without the required documents or approvals will be rejected. Applicants should take note.
D.International students are not required to upload documents but must still complete the online application according to the category options.
2.Inquiry:
Log in to the Student Information System → Office of Student Affairs → Housing Menu → Housing Application Inquiry → Check application status.
VI. Important Notes
1.Dormitories at all three campuses will remain open during the winter break.
2.During the Lunar New Year period, only the Central Campus dormitories will be open for international students; all other dormitories will be closed.
3.Students with 60 or more demerit points (inclusive) or without a dormitory bed for the current semester are not eligible to apply for winter break accommodation.
4.Applications or payments submitted after the deadline will be considered overdue and the original application will be canceled. Further applications will not be accepted.
Students who still require accommodation must submit a special application and will be assessed 10 demerit points in accordance with dormitory regulations before the application can be accepted.
5.Students who stay in the dormitory without approved application or without completing payment will be considered in violation of dormitory regulations. In addition to paying the accommodation fee, 20 demerit points will be assessed.
Those found evading roll calls or violating dormitory rules will be subject to special disciplinary review.
6.Students approved for winter break accommodation must cooperate with dormitory cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance work. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of accommodation eligibility without refund. |
