為因應新興媒體快速發展,資訊傳播過程中潛藏錯假訊息等風險,銘傳大學傳播學院特辦理「114學年度大專院校教師媒體素養教案設計競賽」及「114學年度大專校院媒體素養課程學生短影音競賽」,旨在培養大專校院學生具備「尋求及獲取資訊」、「評估及解讀資訊」與「創造及分享」等媒體素養能力,並鼓勵教師將媒體素養教學主題融入生活議題,創新教學策略,促進學生反思媒體素養課程內容並應用於生活情境。
本次競賽分為兩項:
一、大專院校教師媒體素養教案設計競賽
二、大專校院媒體素養課程學生短影音競賽
活動內容說明如下:
一、大專院校教師媒體素養教案設計競賽
1. 報名對象:公私立大專院校教師。
2. 徵選內容:依據「尋求及獲取資訊」、「評估及解讀資訊」與「創造及分享」等媒體素養能力,對焦「媒體素養界義」、「媒體類型與識讀」、「融媒體時代的批判思考議題」等教學主題,創作撰述教學內容與方法,研發媒體素養之相關領域教材,培養學生具媒體素養能力,並實踐於生活。
3. 收件方式:自即日起至115年3月6日(星期五),將報名相關資料上傳至google表單(https://forms.gle/N14WuFQnPZQsCpQe9)。
二、大專校院媒體素養課程學生短影音競賽
1. 報名對象:我國大專校院在學生(含應屆畢業生),且曾修習校內或跨校媒體素養之課程,或曾參與媒體素養相關工作坊與各項活動者。
2. 徵選內容:學習媒體素養課程後,透過製作短影音作品內化課程所學概念,訓練培養學生的獨立思辨能力,影片類型不限;影片長度與檔案規格請見附件。
3. 報名期間:自114年12月1日(星期一)起至115年3月2日(星期一)中午12時止,將報名相關資料並附上影片連結上傳至google表單(https://forms.gle/83BKuaHC9GhuFxQ1A)。

通識教育中心(敬啟) **Announcement: 114 Academic Year Media Literacy Teaching and Student Short Video Competitions**
In response to the rapid development of emerging media and the associated risks of misinformation during information dissemination, the College of Communication at Ming Chuan University is pleased to announce the **"114 Academic Year University Teacher Media Literacy Lesson Plan Design Competition"** and the **"114 Academic Year University Student Short Video Competition on Media Literacy."** These competitions aim to cultivate university students' abilities in seeking and acquiring information, evaluating and interpreting information, as well as creating and sharing content. Furthermore, they encourage educators to integrate media literacy themes into everyday issues, innovate teaching strategies, and promote students' reflection on and application of media literacy concepts in real-life contexts.
The competitions are divided into two categories:
1. **University Teacher Media Literacy Lesson Plan Design Competition**
2. **University Student Short Video Competition on Media Literacy**
**Competition Details:**
**I. University Teacher Media Literacy Lesson Plan Design Competition**
1. **Eligibility:** Full-time faculty members from public or private universities and colleges.
2. **Submission Requirements:** Participants are required to design lesson plans and teaching materials focused on media literacy themes such as "Definition of Media Literacy," "Types of Media and Media Literacy," and "Critical Thinking in the Era of Convergent Media." Submissions should demonstrate innovative teaching strategies that foster students' media literacy skills and their practical application in daily life.
3. **Submission Method:** From today until March 6, 2026 (Friday), please upload all required documents via the Google Form (https://forms.gle/N14WuFQnPZQsCpQe9).
**II. University Student Short Video Competition on Media Literacy**
1. **Eligibility:** Current undergraduate students (including recent graduates) from universities and colleges in Taiwan who have taken media literacy courses (either at their own institution or through inter-university programs) or participated in related workshops or activities.
2. **Submission Requirements:** After completing media literacy coursework, participants are encouraged to create short video works that internalize the concepts learned. The video format is unrestricted; please refer to the attached guidelines for video length and file specifications.
3. **Submission Period:** From December 1, 2025 (Monday) until March 2, 2026 (Monday) at 12:00 PM. Please upload all required documents along with a video link via the Google Form (https://forms.gle/83BKuaHC9GhuFxQ1A).
