一、為使校內教職員工之保障工作者安全與健康，依據「勞工健康保護規則」第3條規定事業單位之同一工作場所，勞工總人數在三百人以上者，應僱用從事勞工健康服務之醫師及勞工健康服務之護理人員，辦理臨場健康服務。
二、本校醫師駐診服務頻率：每1-2個月一次
三、諮詢時間：每人每次30分鐘。
四、為尊重同仁個人隱私，本項服務採[預約制]，將安排一對一健康諮詢。
五、若有健康檢查報告或其他檢查結果相關疑問，當天請攜帶來諮詢。
六、諮詢服務醫師、時間及內容如下：

地點：建國校區 健康中心 診療室
對象：本校教職員工
內容：健康報告解釋、就醫科別建議、個人疾病諮詢及慢性病衛教、職業傷病診療與防治、
工作場所環境改善及防護具選擇與建議、職場傷病復工及配工、職業性壓力及過勞等
工作相關之傷害與疾病。

1.In order to ensure the safety and health protection of faculty and staff, and in accordance with Article 3 of the “Regulations on Labor Health Protection,” business entities with more than 300 workers at the same workplace are required to employ physicians and nursing personnel to provide on-site occupational health services.
2.The university’s physician consultation frequency: once every 1–2 months.
3.Consultation time: 30 minutes per person per session.
4.To respect personal privacy, the service is provided by appointment only, and one-on-one health consultations will be arranged.
5.If you have any questions regarding your health examination report or other medical test results, please bring them on the consultation day.
6.The physician, schedule, and service details are as follows:

Date: December 10, 2025 (Wednesday), 14:00–17:00
Location: Jianguo Campus, Health Center, Consultation Room
Target Participants: University faculty and staff
Services Provided: Explanation of health examination reports, medical referral suggestions, personal disease consultation and chronic disease education, occupational injury diagnosis and prevention, workplace environment improvement and recommendations for protective equipment, return-to-work and job accommodation after occupational injury, work-related stress and overwork, and other occupational health issues.
