According to:
Article 35 of the Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act and Article 32 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
Target Participants:
Personnel from chemical handling areas in the Central Campus who have not attended training during 2024 or whose previously trained members have left the laboratory, as well as personnel from chemical handling areas in the Jianguo Campus, must designate staff to attend the training. (The Environmental Safety and Health Center will also notify via email.)
New faculty and staff members working in laboratories must attend the training. (The Environmental Safety and Health Center will also notify via email.)
Other faculty, staff, and students engaged in chemical operations (e.g., laboratory workers, swimming pool disinfection technicians, maintenance fuel managers, security personnel, etc.)

November 21, 2025 (Friday), 13:20–17:30 (4 hours)
Venue:
Lecture Hall H210, Fudian Building, Central Campus
Number of Participants:
60 persons (The course includes practical exercises; seats are limited.)
Course Outline:
Introduction to Environmental Emergency Response
Case Studies of Environmental Incidents
Personal Protective Equipment and Emergency Decontamination in Toxic Chemical Emergencies
Practical Training on Laboratory Toxic Chemical Incident Response

★This activity counts toward 4 hours of occupational safety training for faculty, staff, and students, and qualifies once as teacher professional development training.
Additionally, the hours can be credited toward occupational safety and health refresher training for in-service personnel.
