【注意事項】本校已核定113-1學期教學助理(TA)時數，敬請有意願擔任教學助理者，確認是否符合資格條件，並於規定期間內完成相關培訓。
1.認證對象：在校期間未通過培訓的課程助理、課輔助理，及原科大所有TA，尚未完成慈大行政培訓者。
2.認證期間：即日起至10/4(五)，逾期者無法取得本學期認證資格。
3.免培訓者：曾通過教專組教學助理(TA)培訓者，無需重複參加。
4.職安訓練：實驗課程助理須先完成6小時職業安全衛生教育訓練。本校113學年一般職安訓練將於9/27舉辦，詳細辦法依職安組公告。
5.資格要求：未完成教專組行政培訓及職安教育訓練者，不得擔任教學助理。
6.TA申請與核銷：113-1學期的TA系統申請作業、資料填寫、加、退保及核銷流程，將在系統整合完成後另行公告，敬請留意。

※專業加分：參加台灣大學與本校10月5日(六)辦理「EMI-TA培訓工作坊」於遴選優良教學TA時可獲額外加分。
1. **Certification Targets:** Course assistants and tutoring assistants who have not passed training during their study period, as well as former university TAs who have not completed administrative training.
2. **Certification Period:** From now until September 30, 112. Those who miss the deadline will not be eligible for certification this semester.
3. **Exemptions from Training:** Those who have previously passed the Teaching Assistant (TA) training organized by the Teaching Support Group are not required to participate again.
4. **Occupational Safety Training:** Laboratory course assistants must first complete 6 hours of Occupational Safety and Health Education Training. The general occupational safety training for the academic year 113 will be held on September 27, with details announced by the Occupational Safety Group.
5. **Eligibility Requirements:** Those who have not completed the administrative training and Occupational Safety Education Training are not allowed to serve as teaching assistants.
6. **TA Application and Reimbursement:** The application process for the TA system for the 113-1 semester, including data entry, insurance enrollment and cancellation, and reimbursement procedures, will be announced separately once the system integration is complete. Please stay tuned.

※Professional Bonus: Participating in the 'EMI-TA Training Workshop' organized by National Taiwan University and our school on October 5 (Saturday) will grant additional points when selecting excellent teaching TAs.
完成審認者由本組預定於10/30寄發培訓完成證明，並依通知領取證書
