 主  旨  1122學期退制服費請同學核對明細公告
 內  容 
一、 本學期校服退費相關事宜需經與同學核對後,將陳公文簽核,經師長統一核閱後,辦理相關退費事宜。
二、 碩博士班休閒服需退費13位;大學部購買部分制服且符合申請退費者22位;家境清寒;以上共計35位同學。
三、 請相關同學核對退費數量與價格,並以電子郵件填寫回傳「郵局或銀行的制服費入款帳號」,外國學生需詳細填寫居留證號碼/護照號碼/國籍代碼。
四、 退制服費的同學建立銀行帳戶表格如附件,請詳細閱讀後填寫,避免銀行或郵局匯款錯誤領不到錢。
五、制服退費核對明細,自即日起至113年5月10(星期五)止,5月13日起辦理退費公文簽核。請同學細心核對,避免制服明細有誤,逾截止日期再來申請的同學不予退費。
六、 如有校對明細需要更改者請以E-Mail通知相互核對,信箱justing@mail.tcu.edu.tw、若有問題歡迎洽詢學務處生輔組林欣儀,分機1202。

2024 spring term uniform fee for new students, please check the details and refund notice.
Uniform Fee Refund Notice
Please be advised of the following procedures:
1. Eligibility for a refund must be verified by the students and approved by the relevant university departments.
2. Among 35 students who will receive a refund, 22 undergraduate have paid a portion or total amount. 13 postgraduate students with casual uniform fee refund.
3. Eligible students must confirm their refund amount and submit
their bank account details to the University to transfer funds.
International students must submit an Alien Residence Certificate
number or passport number.
4. Kindly use the provided form to submit your banking information,
ensuring all details are correct and complete.
5. The deadline for the application and verification process is
May 10, 2024.
6. Should there be any errors or updates needed in the submitted
details, please inform us promptly at justing@mail.tcu.edu.tw.
