因餘震、鋒面天氣關係，請同學勿進入山區、河邊及海灘區，並儘量勿跨縣市出遊，以確保安全
Due to aftershocks and weather conditions, please refrain from entering mountainous areas, riversides, and beaches, and avoid traveling between counties.
因花蓮地區餘震頻繁，另依氣象局最新公告鋒面將至，已有豪雨或大豪雨發生的情形，造成部分鐵、公路中斷。提醒同學注意出入安全，請勿進入山區、河邊及海灘區，並儘量勿跨縣市出遊，以確保人身安全。
Due to frequent aftershocks in the Hualien area and the approaching frontal weather as announced by the meteorological bureau, heavy rain or torrential rain has occurred, resulting in some disruptions to railways and roads. Students are reminded to be cautious when going in and out, and please refrain from entering mountainous areas, riversides, and beaches. Additionally, it is advisable to avoid traveling between counties and cities as much as possible to ensure personal safety.
