[Dormitory Affairs ]: Procedures for Dormitory Room Consolidation for the 1122 Semester
1. Duration: February 19, 2024 to March 17, 2024.
2. Student Affairs Coordination: March 10, 2024.
3. Important Notes for Cooperation:
A. During the operation period, priority will be given to filling up four-person dormitory rooms. Rooms with fewer occupants than required, including freshman dormitories, are included in this consolidation operation.
B. Please inquire at the respective dormitory administrator's office for the current occupancy status of each building. Students should coordinate among themselves for rooms with insufficient occupants, or the dormitory administrator's office will facilitate coordination. After obtaining signatures from both old and new roommates on the feedback form, submit it to the dormitory administrator for confirmation before applying for room consolidation with the Student Affairs Coordination. Roommates in four-person rooms are not eligible for coordination.
C. For internal bed rearrangements, simply submit the feedback form to the dormitory administrator's office.
D. Rooms not consolidated within the designated period will be handled by the Student Affairs Coordination. Students unable to comply with room consolidation will have their annual accommodation canceled according to dormitory regulations and will be required to vacate.
4. Other Matters:
