全校運動會，學生請假相關重要規定，請務必重視。
Tzu Chi University Sports Day: announcement related to students leave application
各位同學大家好:
一、11月24(週三)為本校校慶運動會，今年仍由各系助理協助1、2、3、4年級學生的點名，各系助理請自行由系統列印全年級學生名單點名。
點名地點於各系休息區，成績列入精神總錦標計算。
(一)當天點名時間：第一階段上午07:45、第二階段下午14:30。
(二)請各系助理於上午09:00前及下午15:00前將點名單繳交至司令台旁的生輔組同仁。
(三)未出席者以學校重大集會假相關辦法辦理。
二、慈濟大學全校運動會即將展開，如無法出席相關活動，請學生務必按規定辦理相關請假手續，事假及公假需事前完成並檢附證明。以全日八小時為準，若沒按規定辦理請假，記矌課八小時。
三、運動會當天請假程序：持請假單給予導師核准後，送至學務處生輔組。

Tzu Chi University Sports Day: announcement related to students leave application
1. Tzu Chi University Sports Day will be held on 11/24 (Wednesday). department assistants will conduct the roll call. The roll call venue is located in the rest area of each department. The attendance will be counted in the teamwork award.
1.1 Roll call will be conducted twice: 07:45 in the morning；14:30 in the afternoon.
1.2 Department assistants please submit your roll call slip by 9:00am and 15:00pm to the Life Guidance Division colleague nearby the commanding station.
1.3 For those who cannot attend on the Sports Day, please apply for leave according to the regulations.
2. If you cannot attend the Tzu Chi University Sports Day, please submit your application form for absent notice with written evidence in compliance with the related regulation. Should you fail to follow accordingly, an absenteeism of 8 hours will be recorded.
3. Absent application: Please fill in the absent slip, and upon obtaining the approval from your supervisor, please send it to Life Guidance Division.
