(Notification) 2019 Winter Holiday Dorm Application & Fee Payment
A.Important date
1.Winter holiday: 14th Jan – 17th Feb 2019 (18th Feb 2019 school starts)
2.107-1 (2018 Fall semester) dorm will be ended on 14th Jan 2019 (12:00).
3.Winter holiday dorm staying period: 14th Jan – 1st Feb 2019 (12:00) and 11th Feb – 15th Feb 2019 (12:00).
4.Dorm will be closed during Chinese New Year (1st Feb – 11th Feb 2019).
5.Application (online/paper-based) and fee payment: 2nd Jan – 11th Jan 2019 (before 12:00).
6.107-2 (2019 Spring semester) dorm will be available from 15th Feb 2019 (12:00).
B.Criteria
1.Student shouldn’t have more than 59 points penalty (whom haven’t been expelled from the dorm).
2.For student organizations, sports team, etc. (group), please submit the required form and students name-list to Extracurricular Activity Section for approval.
C.How to apply
1.Login to https://myinfo.tcu.edu.tw/ (service menu > 學務 > 寒暑假留宿申請).
2.Download the application form and parental approval letter.
3.Fill the form, verify with your department and teacher, and submit it to Life Guidance Section.
4.Fee Payment
D.Other(s)
1.If your application isn’t approved, please re-submit it during the application period.
2.If you don’t pay during the payment period, your application will be cancelled.
3.You will get 10 points penalty if you apply beyond the application period.
4.If you stay in the dorm without application, you will need to repay it and get 20 points penalty.
