[2017 winter vacation student dormitory stay application announcement]
寒假沒有回家的同學注意咯，學校現在開始申請住宿咯！！
106學年的留宿截止時間為107年1月15日中午12時∼
申請日期及繳費為：
106年12月18日至107年1月12日
For those who will be staying at dormitory during Winter Holiday please take note that the application has been started!!
Application date & payment :
18th December 2017 to 12th January 2018

Important dates:
1. Winter vacation: 1/15-2/15
2. 1st semester dormitory stay ends at 1/15 12:00pm
3. Winter vacation dormitory stay: 1/15-2/14 12:00pm
4. Dormitory shut down period: 2/14-2/23 12:00pm
5. Application period: 12/18-1/12 12:00pm(Including online, form and payment)
6. 2nd semester dormitory stay starts from 2/23 12:00pm
Application steps:
1. Login to 'Info.tcu' for online application
Services Menu>學務(2nd from left)>生輔：寒暑假留宿申請(Top on the left column)
2. Download 家長同意書( Blue highlighted words in no 6)
3. Sign from class teacher and OIA
4. Hand in form to Life Guidance Section, Department of Student Affairs
5. Finish payment at Cashier
Note :
1. Those who do not qualify will not be approved. Please provide your supporting documents in the before the deadlines to avoid process delay. Those who have receive more than 60 penalty points will not be accommodated in the dormitory in the Summer.
2. For those who hand in the application late, or make the payment late, their application will not be process. If they still have the need to be accommodated, they need to apply for special case processing and receive 10 penalty points.
3. Without application or payment, living in the dorm is against the rules. Not only will they need to pay for the dormitory fees, they will also receive penalty points 10 points. Those who avoid roll call or who did not pay for dormitory fees will be report and punish accordingly.
4. For safety reason, dormitory rooms assignment policy for the breaks is for people to group in one area. Rooms are assigned by Life Guidance Section and according to the allocation of beds in designated area.
