**Notice: System Update and Maintenance for the Institutional Review Board (IRB) System**
Please be advised that the Institutional Review Board (IRB) system of Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital will undergo a scheduled system update and security maintenance. Consequently, the system will be temporarily unavailable starting from 4:00 PM on Thursday, October 22. The exact time of service restoration will be announced in a subsequent notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
