一、 依據本校學生宿舍住宿辦法「凡未依規定參加消防演練者，不得列入下學年第一階段住宿及暑期留宿申請。」
二、 8月1日至8月7日公告第二階段住宿補床位事宜。
三、 當日夜間消防演練點名次數為二次，凡有未到者皆列為缺席。
(1) 一年級新生必須參加上下學期二次消防演練。
(2) 春季班新生及寒轉生須參加當學期消防演練。
(3) 舊生每學年須至少參加一次消防演練。
四、 本學期消防演練應到人數2709人，缺席人數327人，缺席名單如附件，請同學以個人學號進行查詢缺席狀況。
五、 自公告日起至115年11月6日止開放複查出缺席狀況，逾時將不再開放複查。

1. Pursuant to the University Student Dormitory Regulations, "Students who fail to participate in the fire drill as required shall be ineligible to apply for the first phase of accommodation for the following academic year and summer residency."
2. The announcement regarding the second phase of dormitory bed availability will be released from August 1 to August 7.
3. The fire drill conducted during the night of the aforementioned date included two roll calls. All individuals who failed to report were recorded as absent.
(1) First-year freshmen are required to participate in two fire drills during the first and second semesters.
(2) Spring semester freshmen and transfer students are required to participate in the fire drill of the current semester.
(3) Returning students are required to participate in at least one fire drill per academic year.
4. For the fire drill of this semester, the total number of expected attendees was 2,709, with 327 recorded absences. The list of absentees is attached. Students are requested to verify their attendance status using their individual student ID numbers.
5. The period for requesting a review of attendance status is open from the date of this announcement until November 6, 2026. No further reviews will be accepted after this deadline.
