辦理旨揭計畫，俾提升我國智慧海洋治理量能及海洋科技產業整體競爭力。

[Request for Proposal] Ocean Affairs Council - 2027 "Marine Science and Technology Innovation R&D Demonstration School and Practical Base and Marine Science and Technology Talent Cultivation Program" - submissions are open from now until 2026/11/31.
I. To strengthen marine technology innovation and R&D from the source, implement demand-driven technology applications, and establish a sound pre-employment marine technology talent training mechanism, this Council is conducting the aforementioned project to enhance Taiwan is smart ocean governance capabilities and the overall competitiveness of its marine technology industry.
