國家科學及技術委員會 - 本會與法國國家癌症研究院（INCa）共同徵求2028年雙邊合作研究計畫（4年期），第一階段徵件由INCa受理至11月3日截止（依INCa官網公告為準），請查照轉知。
說明：旨揭計畫暫定執行日期自2028年1月1日起，計畫徵求分「意向書」及「完整計畫書」兩階段申請作業，第一階段由法方計畫主持人偕同臺方計畫主持人至INCa線上申辦系統提交意向書。

National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) – In collaboration with the National Institute against Cancer (INCa) of France, the NSTC is inviting applications for the 2028 Bilateral Collaborative Research Program (4-year duration). The first phase of the call for proposals is being managed by INCa, with the submission deadline set for November 3 (subject to the official announcement on the INCa website). Please be informed and disseminate this information accordingly.
Description: The tentative execution period for this program is scheduled to commence on January 1, 2028. The application process consists of two stages: the submission of a "Letter of Intent" and a "Full Research Proposal." For the first stage, the French Principal Investigator (PI), in coordination with the Taiwanese Principal Investigator (PI), must submit the Letter of Intent via the INCa online application system.
