中央研究院 - 與歐洲分子生物組織（The European Molecular Biology Organization, EMBO）訂本（115）年12月8日至10日與本院合辦「Laboratory Leadership for Group
Leaders」實體培訓課程，請周知所屬研究團隊主持人報名參加，請查照。
說明：
一、本院訂於本年12月8日至10日與EMBO合辦「Laboratory Leadership for Group Leaders」課程（內容詳附件海報及網站）。本課程結合心理學、社會科學及企業管理之實用工具，協助學員培養領導力並建立優質研究團隊（內容詳附件海報及網站）。
二、報名資格：任職於國內研究機構及大專院校、到職未滿7年（early-career）之研究人員或教師，由本院進行學員遴選。
三、課程資訊：
(一)日期及時間：本年12月8日至10日，每日上午9時至下午5時30分。
(二)地點：中央研究院學術活動中心2樓演講廳。
(三)形式：實體授課，預計遴選學員共16名。
(四)費用：交通及住宿費由學員自理，註冊費由EMBO全額負擔。

Academia Sinica is pleased to announce that the "Laboratory Leadership for Group Leaders" training course will be co-organized with the European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO) from December 8 to 10, 2026. All Principal Investigators are kindly requested to notify their research teams and encourage eligible members to apply.
Details:
I. Academia Sinica, in collaboration with EMBO, will host the "Laboratory Leadership for Group Leaders" course from December 8 to 10, 2026 (please refer to the attached poster and website for further details). This course integrates practical tools from psychology, social sciences, and business management to assist participants in developing leadership skills and establishing high-quality research teams.
II. Eligibility: Early-career researchers or faculty members who have been employed at domestic research institutions or higher education institutions for less than seven years. Participants will be selected by Academia Sinica.
III. Course Information:
(1) Date and Time: December 8 to 10, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM daily.
(2) Venue: Lecture Hall, 2nd Floor, Academia Sinica Academic Activity Center.
(3) Format: In-person training; approximately 16 participants will be selected.
(4) Fees: Registration fees will be fully covered by EMBO. Participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation expenses.
