一、花蓮縣辦理2026花蓮國際石雕藝術季，為推廣藝術教育、培養民眾藝術美感，並透過攝影及繪畫創作，記錄花蓮自然景觀、人文風情與石雕藝術之美，特辦理旨揭攝影比賽及寫生比賽，邀請民眾踴躍參與。
二、活動相關資訊如下：
（一）《石光瞬間》-2026花蓮國際石雕藝術季攝影比賽：
1、活動期間：115年10月31日（星期六）至11月10日（星期二）。
2、活動地點：花蓮縣文化局園區、花蓮美術館及石雕博物館等。
3、參賽對象：一般民眾。
4、報名方式：請於115年11月10日（星期二）下午5時前，至指定網址（https://reurl.cc/90qLEV）上傳作品完成投稿。
（二）《石上手痕》-2026花蓮國際石雕藝術季寫生比賽：
1、活動時間：115年10月31日（星期六）上午8時至下午5時。
2、活動地點：花蓮縣文化局園區、花蓮美術館及石雕博物館等。
3、參賽對象：一般民眾。
4、參賽方式：由主辦單位提供數種作畫材質，繪畫材料及作畫用具請參賽者自行準備，並於115年10月31日（星期六）下午5時前完成作品繳交。
I. In conjunction with the 2026 Hualien International Stone Carving Art Festival organized by Hualien County, the following photography and sketching competitions are being held to promote art education, cultivate aesthetic appreciation among the public, and document the natural landscapes, cultural heritage, and the beauty of stone carving art through photographic and artistic creation. We cordially invite the public to participate in these events.
II. The details of the activities are as follows:
(A) "Moments of Stone" – 2026 Hualien International Stone Carving Art Festival Photography Competition:
1. Event Period: Saturday, October 31, 2026, to Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
2. Event Locations: Hualien County Cultural Affairs Bureau Campus, Hualien Art Museum, Stone Carving Museum, and other designated areas.
3. Eligibility: Open to the general public.
4. Registration Method: Please upload and submit your entries via the designated website (https://reurl.cc/90qLEV) no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
(B) "Traces of Stone" – 2026 Hualien International Stone Carving Art Festival Sketching Competition:
1. Event Time: Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
2. Event Locations: Hualien County Cultural Affairs Bureau Campus, Hualien Art Museum, Stone Carving Museum, and other designated areas.
3. Eligibility: Open to the general public.
4. Participation Method: The organizer will provide several types of drawing media; however, participants are responsible for providing their own painting materials and tools. All completed works must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Saturday, October 31, 2026. |
