本校醫學系將於下週10/27(二)-10/30(五) 接受醫學院評鑑委員會(TMAC)評鑑，訪視行程詳如附件。另有下列事項，提醒師生同仁注意：
1.訪視委員依訪視查證之需要參加課堂上課、參與討論會、調閱佐證資料外，經受訪對象同意亦可主動邀約包括授課教師、行政主管、學生或行政職員等與查證事項直接相關之對象進行訪談，但必須經得受訪對象同意。
2.已排定教學課程或教學活動之教師，請勿隨意調動或更改上課地點，若因故需更改上課時間、地點請務必依課務組規定填寫「調課申請單」申請單次調課。
3.訪視期間會安排師生座談行程，座談名單採抽點方式，故於該期間因公差或必要因素未能到校者，請務必確實辦理請假手續。
4.單位所屬場館、教室、辦公室、實驗室清潔維護妥善，門面、佈告欄請維持整齊。
5.請注意禮貌及服裝儀容，展現慈濟人文之美。

The School of Medicine will undergo an evaluation by the Taiwan Medical Accreditation Council (TMAC) from Tuesday, October 27, to Friday, October 30. Please refer to the attached schedule for details of the site visit.
All faculty, students, and staff are reminded of the following:
▲Interviews and Verification of Supporting Documents
In addition to attending classes, participating in discussion sessions, and reviewing supporting documents as needed for verification, the visiting committee members may invite individuals directly involved in the matters under review—including course instructors, administrative supervisors, students, and administrative staff—for interviews. However, the consent of the individuals concerned must be obtained before any interview takes place.
▲Class Schedules and Classroom Arrangements
Faculty members with scheduled classes or teaching activities are requested not to make changes to class schedules or classroom locations without authorization. If a change in class time or location is necessary, please submit a Class Schedule Change Application Form in accordance with the regulations of the Curriculum Section for approval of a one-time class adjustment.
▲Leave Procedures During the Site Visit
Faculty members and students will be invited to participate in meetings and discussion sessions during the site visit. Participants will be selected on a random basis. Therefore, anyone who is unable to be on campus during this period due to official duties or other necessary circumstances must ensure that the appropriate leave procedures are completed.
▲Campus Facilities and Environmental Maintenance
Please ensure that all facilities, classrooms, offices, and laboratories under your unit is responsibility are clean and well maintained. Building entrances, bulletin boards, and other visible areas should be kept neat and orderly.
▲Courtesy and Professional Appearance
Please observe proper etiquette and maintain appropriate attire and personal appearance to reflect the beauty of Tzu Chi is humanistic values.
