📌 國立政治大學 115 年度志願服務特殊訓練實施計畫
為推動國民投入志願服務行列，依據《志願服務法》第 9 條辦理培訓課程，以提升學員在外傷緊急處理能力、性別平等知能，以及面對學員情緒衝突之因應方式與自我覺察。
📅 活動資訊與報名方式
活動時間：115 年 10 月 31 日（六）09:30 - 17:30
活動地點：本校綜合院館 270106 教室（臺北市文山區指南路二段 64 號，交通資訊點此參考）
參加對象：有意從事志願服務之本校教職員生、退休人員及一般民眾（限額 50 名，以本校參與服務活動學生優先錄取）。
報名期限：即日起至 115 年 10 月 25 日（日）23:59 止

📚 課程內容（共 6 小時）
本訓練針對從事兒童及青少年課後輔導、寒暑假營隊及社區服務之團體與志工開設，特別邀請三位專業講師進行教學與經驗分享：
基本創傷急救及基本救命術（CPR + AED）
性平課程
偏鄉兒童陪伴與安全界線
📜 結業證明與志願服務紀錄冊申請注意事項
1. 結業證明書
全程參與課程且無遲到早退者（須完成簽到與簽退），核發結業證明書乙張。
回郵信封：證書採郵寄發放，請參與者於 報到當日檢附回郵信封 以便後續寄發。
2. 志願服務紀錄冊申請
申請資格：已事先於線上完成基礎訓練課程，或曾於其他志願服務運用單位完成基礎訓練課程並取得證明者，完成本次特殊訓練後可申請核發。
現場繳交資料：符合資格且欲申請者，請於 10 月 31 日課程當天 繳交以下文件：
基礎訓練證明 1 份
個人 1 吋相片 2 張
回郵信封 1 份
(※ 當日未繳交者視為放棄申請紀錄冊，僅核發結業證明書。)

FY 2026 Special Training Program for Volunteer Service
To encourage public participation in volunteer service, this training program is organized in accordance with Article 9 of the Volunteer Service Act. The program aims to enhance participants' capabilities in emergency trauma care, gender equality awareness, and self-awareness regarding conflict management and emotional regulation.
Event Information and Registration
Date and Time: Saturday, October 31, 2026, 09:30 – 17:30
Venue: Classroom 270106, Comprehensive Building (No. 64, Section 2, Zhinan Rd., Wenshan Dist., Taipei City; click here for transportation information)
Eligibility: Faculty, staff, students, retirees, and the general public interested in volunteer service (Limited to 50 participants; priority will be given to students currently participating in university volunteer activities).

Course Curriculum (Total 6 Hours)
This training is designed for groups and volunteers involved in after-school tutoring for children and adolescents, summer/winter camps, and community service. We have invited three professional instructors to provide instruction and share their expertise in the following areas:
Basic Trauma First Aid and Basic Life Support (CPR + AED)
Gender Equality Education
Accompanying Children in Remote Areas and Establishing Safety Boundaries
Certification and Application for Volunteer Service Record Books
1. Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion will be issued to participants who attend the entire session without arriving late or leaving early (attendance must be recorded via sign-in and sign-out).
Return Envelope: Certificates will be sent via mail. Participants are required to provide a self-addressed stamped envelope upon registration on the day of the event to facilitate delivery.
2. Application for Volunteer Service Record Books
Eligibility: Participants who have previously completed a basic training course online or at another volunteer service organization and possess valid certification may apply for a Volunteer Service Record Book upon completion of this special training.
Required Documents for On-site Submission: Eligible applicants wishing to request a record book must submit the following documents on October 31:
One (1) copy of Basic Training Certification
Two (2) 1-inch personal photographs
One (1) return envelope
(Note: Those who do not submit the required documents on the day of the event will be deemed to have waived their application for the record book and will only receive a Certificate of Completion.)
