一、本校執行旨揭計畫期望透過區域基地模式，健全跨校教師發展支持網路，提升教師教學研究能量和教學品質，建構跨校教師專業知能。為協助教師掌握教學實踐研究計畫撰寫脈絡，提供一對一諮詢服務，藉以增加計畫申請及通過率。
二、實施方式：書面諮詢、線上或實體一對一面談諮詢。
三、申請期間：115年10月19日(一)至11月27日(五)止。
四、申請資格：
(一)全國大專校院符合申請教學實踐研究計畫資格之教師。
(二)申請人須提出116年度教學實踐研究計畫申請。
(三)每位申請人諮詢服務至多以二次為限（包含向其他區域基地學校申請諮詢次數），且申請人應回傳第一次諮詢紀錄及回饋表後，始得申請第二次諮詢服務。
(四)優先錄取「本基地之跨校教師社群成員」、「桃竹苗區域大專校院（含國立臺灣大學）教師」。
五、申請流程：
(一)請於115年11月27日（五）前填寫申請表後簽名，上傳至Google表單https:／／forms.gle/McJUciQosjbZEGx29。
(二)本基地收到申請後協助媒合一對一諮詢，並通知申請結果。如順利媒合，申請表及計畫書初稿將提供顧問教師參考。
六、諮詢結束後一週內繳交諮詢紀錄表，寄至本案聯絡人信箱wanping@nycu.edu.tw。
七、諮詢期間：115年10月27日（二）至115年12月4日（五）。
八、檢送申請辦法、諮詢顧問名單及相關表單如附件，亦可於雲端硬碟https:／／drive.google.com/drive/folders/1vy_3dBazmiPXHSiS0KujmEwy8O-Xdm4M下載使用。

1. This project aims to establish a robust cross-institutional teacher development support network through a regional base model, thereby enhancing the research capabilities and teaching quality of faculty members and fostering cross-institutional professional expertise. To assist faculty in understanding the context of writing Teaching Practice Research Project proposals, one-on-one consultation services are provided to increase the success rate of project applications.
2. Implementation Methods: Written consultation, and one-on-one consultations via online or in-person meetings.
3. Application Period: From Monday, October 19, 2026, to Friday, November 27, 2026.
4. Eligibility:
(1) Faculty members from colleges and universities nationwide who are eligible to apply for the Teaching Practice Research Project.
(2) Applicants must be submitting a proposal for the 2027 Teaching Practice Research Project.
(3) Each applicant is limited to a maximum of two consultation sessions (including sessions requested from other regional base institutions). Applicants must submit the consultation record and feedback form from the first session before they are eligible to apply for a second session.
(4) Priority will be given to "Cross-institutional Teacher Community members of this base" and "faculty members from colleges and universities in the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli regions (including National Taiwan University)."
5. Application Process:
(1) Please complete and sign the application form and upload it to the Google Form at https://forms.gle/McJUciQosjbZEGx29 by Friday, November 27, 2026.
(2) Upon receipt of the application, this base will assist in matching applicants for one-on-one consultations and notify them of the results. If a match is successful, the application form and the initial draft of the project proposal will be provided to the consultant for reference.
6. A consultation record form must be submitted within one week after the conclusion of the consultation and sent to the project contact person's email at wanping@nycu.edu.tw.
7. Consultation Period: From Tuesday, October 27, 2026, to Friday, December 4, 2026.
