國家科學及技術委員會 - 與法國國家癌症研究院（INCa）共同徵求2028年雙邊合作研究計畫（4年期），第一階段徵件由INCa受理至11月3日截止（依INCa官網公告為準），請查照轉知。
說明：
旨揭計畫暫定執行日期自2028年1月1日起，計畫徵求分「意向書」及「完整計畫書」兩階段申請作業，第一階段由法方計畫主持人偕同臺方計畫主持人至INCa線上申辦系統提交意向書。
經INCa初審後，本會將邀請通過第一階段意向書審查之臺方計畫主持人，向本會研提第二階段完整計畫書；法方計畫主持人則向INCa研提第二階段完整計畫書，相關作業規定依INCa公告為準（如附件）。

The first stage of the application process is being accepted by INCa, with a deadline of November 3 (subject to the official announcement on the INCa website). Please be informed and disseminate this information accordingly.
Description:
The tentative execution date for the aforementioned project is January 1, 2028. The application process is divided into two stages: "Letter of Intent" and "Full Research Proposal." In the first stage, the French Principal Investigator (PI), in collaboration with the Taiwanese PI, shall submit a Letter of Intent via the INCa online application system.
Following the preliminary review by INCa, the NSTC will invite the Taiwanese PIs whose Letters of Intent have passed the first stage to submit a Full Research Proposal to the NSTC. Simultaneously, the French PIs shall submit their Full Research Proposals to INCa. All relevant procedures and regulations shall be governed by the official announcements from INCa (as attached).
