一、 活動目的：為表揚在學生社團及社會服務等有傑出表現之學生，使其以標竿典範的方式來鼓勵慈濟大學學生在追求課業成績之餘，也能重視對社團及服務部份之表現，本組擬於115學年度辦理社團「耀星專案」，將於課外活動有傑出表現的同學中，評選出10名社團優秀青年。獲獎人員除於公開週會時間頒發獎狀及3000元獎金外，並將製作得獎事蹟海報於三校區展覽，以茲表揚。
二、 主辦單位：慈濟大學學務處課外活動指導組

四、 講座參與對象：全校學生
五、 優秀青年遴選對象：凡本校品學兼優、身心健康之大學部學生，其歷年學業成績均為七十分以上，歷年操行成績均為八十分以上，具有下列事蹟之一者，經推薦後得為優秀青年候選人。
(一)擔任社團幹部，致力推展社團活動，有優良之具體事實者。
(二)熱心公益，推展社會服務工作，有具體之事實者。
(三)舉辦愛國、愛校活動，有具體之事實者。
(四)研究學術，具有專精、創新者。
六、 名 額：依評分高低取前十名。
七、 活動時間：
選拔活動由10月19日(一)開始受理推薦表至10月30日(五)止。
八、 推薦辦法：本校各單位、教職員工及學生之團體或個人，得向主辦單位分別推薦學生一名參加候選；先前曾榮獲表揚之優秀青年不得重複推薦。
九、 評審及表揚方式：
優秀青年遴選將委聘請三位本校課外活動專業老師籌組之遴選委員負責審查、核定優秀青年名單事宜。
(一)獲獎同學皆可領得獎狀壹紙及獎金3000元。
(二)以上獎項需配合社團評鑑頒獎活動中頒發，請獲獎同學務必到場領獎。
(三)課指組將獲獎學生之社團優良事蹟予以製作表揚海報及刊登在相關網頁，作為學生楷模。
**Announcement: Selection of Outstanding Youth for the "Shining Star Project"**
**I. Purpose of the Activity**
To recognize students who have demonstrated outstanding performance in student organizations and social services, and to encourage the student body of Tzu Chi University to balance academic excellence with active participation in extracurricular activities and service, the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section will implement the "Shining Star Project" for the 2025 academic year. Ten students with exceptional extracurricular achievements will be selected as "Outstanding Youth." Awardees will be presented with certificates and a cash prize of NT$3,000 during the public weekly assembly. Furthermore, posters highlighting their achievements will be displayed across the three campuses to honor their contributions.

**V. Eligibility for Outstanding Youth Selection**
Undergraduate students who are in good academic and moral standing and are physically and mentally healthy are eligible to be nominated as candidates for Outstanding Youth, provided they meet the following criteria:
1. Cumulative academic grades of 70% or higher.
2. Cumulative conduct grades of 80% or higher.
3. Demonstration of one of the following achievements:
(1) Serving as a student organization officer and demonstrating concrete excellence in promoting organizational activities.
(2) Dedication to public welfare and the promotion of social service work with concrete achievements.
(3) Organizing activities that promote patriotism or school spirit with concrete achievements.
(4) Engaging in academic research characterized by specialization or innovation.
**VI. Number of Awardees**
The top ten candidates based on the evaluation scores will be selected.
**VII. Timeline**
The nomination period begins on Monday, October 19, and concludes on Friday, October 30.
**VIII. Nomination Procedure**
University departments, faculty, staff, and student groups or individuals may nominate one student to be a candidate. Students who have previously been recognized as Outstanding Youth are not eligible for re-nomination.
**IX. Evaluation and Awarding Process**
A selection committee, composed of three professional faculty members specializing in extracurricular activities, will be appointed to review applications and finalize the list of Outstanding Youth.
(1) Each awardee will receive one certificate and a cash prize of NT$3,000.
(2) The awards will be presented during the Student Organization Evaluation Ceremony; awardees are required to attend the ceremony to receive their awards.
(3) The Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section will produce commendation posters and publish the awardees i achievements on relevant web pages to serve as role models for the student body.
