一、為推廣電子競技至所有年齡層民眾參與，且不分性別、年齡、身分都能好理解且普及的競技項目，透過全球知名籃球IP「NBA」所授權的《全明星街球派對》（手機遊戲）做為競賽項目，讓全年齡層民眾都能接觸並進行電子競技賽事活動。
二、活動相關資訊：
(一)活動時間：115年11月29日星期日11:00至18:00結束
(二)報名須知：
1、報名規定：具有手機遊戲《全明星街球派對》帳號者，皆可報名。
2、參與資格及分組：
3、青少年組報名資格：2008 年 11 月 28 日以前出生，18 歲以下，需簽署家長同意書，並出示含有照片之健保卡
4、全國組報名資格：2008 年 11 月 28 日以後出生，18 歲以上
5、2026年11月02日23:59報名截止，線上填寫google報名表單，各組上限64隊，如額滿將提早截止，無須報名費。
6、賽事地點：：digiblock C數位創新基地（103臺北市大同區重慶里承德路三段287號C棟）

I. To promote esports participation across all age groups and ensure the competitive events are accessible and inclusive regardless of gender, age, or identity, this event features "All-Star Streetball Party" (mobile game)—licensed by the globally renowned basketball IP "NBA"—as the official competition item. This initiative aims to provide citizens of all ages with the opportunity to engage in and experience esports activities.
II. Event Information:
(1) Event Schedule: Sunday, November 29, 2026, from 11:00 to 18:00.
(2) Registration Guidelines:
1. Registration Requirements: Open to all individuals who possess an account for the mobile game "All-Star Streetball Party."
2. Eligibility and Grouping:
3. Youth Division: Individuals born on or before November 28, 2008 (under 18 years of age). Applicants must submit a parental consent form and present a National Health Insurance (NHI) card containing a photograph.
4. National Division: Individuals born on or after November 29, 2008 (18 years of age and above).
5. Registration Deadline: November 2, 2026, at 23:59. Applications must be submitted via the online Google Form. Each division is limited to 64 teams; registration will close early if the maximum capacity is reached. There is no registration fee.
6. Venue: digiblock C Digital Innovation Base (Building C, No. 287, Section 3, Chengde Road, Datong District, Taipei City 103).
