一、報名日期：即日起至115年11月5日(星期四)中午12時截止。
二、公布入圍決賽作品時間：115年11月13日(星期五)。公告於正修學校財團法人正修科技大學長期照護與健康管理系網頁：https://lchm.csu.edu.tw/。
三、入圍決賽作品收件時間：115年11月19日(星期四)以郵戳為憑；115年11月20日(星期五)下午16時親送截止。
四、作品展示及評審時間：115年11月23日(星期一)至25日(星期三)。
五、決賽成績公布時間：115年11月26日(星期四)。公告於正修學校財團法人正修科技大學長期照護與健康管理系網頁：https://lchm.csu.edu.tw/。
六、公開頒獎時間：115年12月3日(星期四)。
七、參賽對象：
(一)高中職組：全國高中職長照、老服、幼保、家政、護理或相關科系學生。
(二)大專組：全國專科部四、五年級或大學部三年級(含)以上在學學生。

I. Registration Period: From now until 12:00 PM on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
II. Announcement of Finalists: Friday, November 13, 2026. The list of finalists will be posted on the official website of the Department of Long-term Care and Health Management, Cheng Shiu University: https://lchm.csu.edu.tw/.
III. Submission of Finalist Entries: Entries must be postmarked by Thursday, November 19, 2026, or delivered in person by 4:00 PM on Friday, November 20, 2026.
IV. Exhibition and Judging Period: Monday, November 23, to Wednesday, November 25, 2026.
V. Announcement of Final Results: Thursday, November 26, 2026. The results will be posted on the official website of the Department of Long-term Care and Health Management, Cheng Shiu University: https://lchm.csu.edu.tw/.
VI. Award Ceremony: Thursday, December 3, 2026.
VII. Eligibility:
(1) High School and Vocational School Category: Students majoring in Long-term Care, Elderly Care, Early Childhood Education and Care, Home Economics, Nursing, or related fields from high schools and vocational schools nationwide.
(2) Higher Education Category: Currently enrolled students in the fourth or fifth year of junior college programs, or third year and above of undergraduate programs nationwide.
