一、依「教育部補助辦理學生事務與輔導工作原則」規定辦理。
二、本計畫活動實施期程為116年3月1日至12月31日，請彙整填寫「教育部補（捐）助計畫項目經費」申請表1份，部分補助項目詳如注意事項，器材、服裝等購置費用、鐘點費暨行政管理費，一律不予補助，務請參閱附件注意事項妥為規劃後提出申請。
三、本計畫受理申請期間自115年12月1日至115年12月11日止，將相關申請資料繳交課外活動指導組。
四、為配合本部美感教育中長程計劃及推動大專與中小學生本土語言發展，建請本計畫之活動設計與執行，融入美感教育或本土語言教育，優先核予補助。
1. This program is administered in accordance with the "Principles for the Subsidy of Student Affairs and Counseling Work" established by the Ministry of Education.
2. The implementation period for this program is from March 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. Applicants are required to complete one copy of the "Ministry of Education Subsidy (Donation) Project Itemized Budget Application Form." Please refer to the attached "Notes" for details regarding specific subsidy items. Please be advised that expenses for the procurement of equipment, uniforms, hourly fees, and administrative management fees are not eligible for subsidy. Applicants are urged to review the attached guidelines carefully when planning and submitting their applications.
3. The application period is from December 1, 2026, to December 11, 2026. All relevant application materials must be submitted to the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section.
4. In alignment with the Ministry's Long-term Plan for Aesthetic Education and the promotion of local language development among college and K-12 students, it is highly recommended that the design and execution of activities under this program incorporate elements of aesthetic education or local language education. Such proposals will be given priority for funding approval.
