各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為因應中央校區通往同心圓、靜思堂竹軒旁聯絡道，因水利溝水量豐沛導致路面溢流積水，為維護校園通行安全，特此公告相關管制措施。
為確保師生及行人安全，請來往人員切勿強行通過該路段，並請配合提前繞道。現場已設置三角錐進行安全管制，相關單位亦已同步處理中。
為利後續作業，請注意下列事項：
1. 請勿於積水路段逗留或嘗試通行。
2. 請依現場指示繞道行進。
相關詳細狀況請參閱附件。造成不便，敬請見諒。

To All Faculty Members, Staff, and Students,
In response to the recent flooding on the road connecting the Central Campus to the area near the Tung Hsin Circle and the Jing Si Hall, caused by an abundance of water in the drainage ditch, we are hereby announcing relevant traffic control measures to ensure campus safety.
To safeguard the safety of all members of the campus community, we kindly request that everyone avoid attempting to cross this section and take alternative routes in advance. Safety cones have been placed at the site to manage traffic, and the relevant departments are currently addressing the drainage and pumping issues.
Please note the following for subsequent operations:
1. Do not linger or attempt to traverse the flooded section.
2. Follow the on-site instructions and take detours accordingly.
