**Application Documents:** Please submit only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not include any additional proofs not specified, in order to conserve paper usage and promote environmental protection, energy conservation, and carbon reduction.
**Ineligible Applicants:** If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, please do not submit an application. All applications from ineligible candidates will be rejected.
**Incomplete Submissions:** If the submitted materials are incomplete or missing, the application will not be accepted. Please carefully review all documents before resubmitting.
