隨著全球氣候變遷議題日益受到重視，相關知識與技能已成為企業與政府亟需的人才特質。為協助同學於畢業前搶先掌握綠領競爭力，本校特別規劃「氣候變遷實務課程」，讓同學在花蓮即可獲得國家環境研究院認證的實務經驗。
本次課程將於9月19日（六）至9月20日（日）上午9時至下午4時30分，於慈濟大學中央校區（花蓮市中央路三段701號）舉行。課程邀請頂級講師，包括OSCAR永續韌性學院院長戴慶華及惟壹數位科技營運長鮑家彥，為同學帶來最前沿的實務知識。
課程優惠及補助規範如下：
1. 本課程僅限學生參加。
2. 學生只要通過考試，即可享有50%學費補助，原價3,600元，補助後僅需1,800元。

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
As global concerns regarding climate change continue to grow, the demand for knowledge and skills in this field has become increasingly critical for both businesses and government agencies. To assist students in gaining a competitive edge in the green workforce prior to graduation, our university has specially designed the "Climate Change Practical Course," enabling students to acquire nationally recognized practical experience right here in Hualien.
The course will be held from Saturday, September 19th to Sunday, September 20th, from 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM, at the Central Campus of Tzu Chi University (No. 701, Sec. 3, Central Road, Hualien City). We have invited distinguished lecturers, including Director Dai Qing-hua of the OSCAR Sustainability Resilience Academy and Chief Operating Officer Bao Jia-yen of Wei Yi Digital Technology, to provide students with the most up-to-date practical knowledge.
The course offers the following discounts and subsidies:
1. This course is exclusively open to students.
2. Students who pass the examination will receive a 50% tuition subsidy. The original course fee is NT$3,600, and with the subsidy, the fee is reduced to NT$1,800.
