各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為維護宿舍住宿秩序，並配合宿舍管理需求，本校將於115年9月8日至115年9月30日辦理合併寢室作業，媒合日期為115年9月24日。本次作業旨在協助人數未滿四人之寢室補足人數，以維持宿舍運作之穩定與和諧。
本次合併寢室作業配合注意事項如下：
1. 凡於作業期間寢室未滿四人者，以補滿四人為主，不符合規定人數之寢室將納入本次合併寢室作業，合併寢媒合順序先拆一人寢再拆二人寢最後拆三人寢。
2. 各棟學生住宿現況請至各棟宿舍管理員室洽詢，同學請依不足人數之寢室名單自行協調，或由宿舍管理員室進行媒合，並持經新舊寢室室友簽名後的問題反應表向宿輔組申請合併寢室，不得協調已四人之寢室同學。
3. 合併寢截止日未滿四人寢請將空床位清空並不得佔用，未配合將全寢室依慈濟大學住宿費收費標準調整住宿費用。
4. 新生不列入上學期合併寢作業，仍可與新生寢更換寢室並經由二間寢室簽名確認。
本次合併寢室作業期間為115年9月8日至115年9月30日，媒合日期為115年9月24日。同學請依上述規定辦理，並於期限內完成相關作業。

**Announcement Regarding Dormitory Room Consolidation**
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To maintain dormitory order and meet management requirements, the university will conduct a dormitory room consolidation process from September 8, 2026, to September 30, 2026, with the matching date set for September 24, 2026. This initiative aims to assist dormitory rooms with fewer than four occupants to reach the required number, thereby ensuring the stability and harmony of dormitory operations.
Please note the following guidelines for the dormitory room consolidation:
1. **Consolidation Priority**: During the consolidation period, dormitory rooms with fewer than four occupants will be prioritized to reach the required number. Rooms that do not meet the occupancy standard will be included in this consolidation process. The order of consolidation will be as follows: first, rooms with one occupant, then rooms with two occupants, and finally rooms with three occupants.
2. **Current Occupancy and Coordination**: For the current occupancy status of each dormitory building, please consult the dormitory manager is office. Students are encouraged to coordinate among themselves based on the list of rooms with insufficient occupancy or to request assistance from the dormitory manager is office for matching. To apply for a room consolidation, please submit a completed and signed problem report form by both the current and new roommates to the Dormitory Counseling Office. Coordination with students already occupying a four-person room is not permitted.
3. **Vacant Beds**: Rooms that remain under the required occupancy of four by the deadline must vacate any unused beds and refrain from occupying them. Failure to comply will result in the entire room is accommodation fee being adjusted according to the Tzu Chi University Dormitory Fee Standards.
4. **Freshmen Exemption**: Freshmen will not be included in the consolidation process for the first semester. However, they may still exchange rooms with other freshmen, provided both rooms sign and confirm the change.
The dormitory room consolidation process will take place from September 8, 2026, to September 30, 2026, with the matching date on September 24, 2026. Please adhere to the above regulations and complete the necessary procedures within the specified timeframe.
