【代公告】樹德科技大學「2026第二屆美麥盃中式發酵麵食競賽」競賽簡章
各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為延續推廣中式發酵麵食文化及促進產學交流的精神，樹德科技大學與美國小麥協會、奇美食品股份有限公司及克林台包等產業夥伴，共同舉辦「2026第二屆美麥盃中式發酵麵食競賽」。本次競賽旨在透過專業平台，促進傳統技藝傳承、創意產品開發及產學實務交流，提升社會大眾對中式發酵麵食文化與產業發展的重視。
本次競賽分為高中（職）學生組及大專社會組，歡迎全國餐飲與烘焙相關業者、社會人士、大專校院及高中職學生踴躍參加。活動流程如下：
1. 線上報名：即日起至115年10月1日（星期四）
2. 報名截止：即日起至115年10月15日（星期四）
3. 決賽入圍名單公布：115年10月22日（星期四）
4. 決賽日期：115年11月7日（星期六）
參賽對象及相關規定如下：
1. 高中（職）學生組：對中式發酵麵食有興趣之高中（職）在學學生。
2. 大專社會組：年滿18歲以上，就讀烘焙、餐飲、食品相關學系之大專在學生，以及對中式麵食有興趣之社會人士、麵點師傅等從業人員。
報名方式及時程如下：
1. 線上報名：即日起至115年10月1日（星期四）
2. 報名截止：即日起至115年10月15日（星期四）
3. 決賽入圍名單公布：115年10月22日（星期四）
4. 決賽日期：115年11月7日（星期六）

**Announcement: Rules and Schedule for the 2nd Mei-Mai Cup Chinese Fermented Bread Competition (2026)**
Dear esteemed faculty, staff, and students:
In continuation of our efforts to promote the culture of Chinese fermented bread and to foster industry-academia collaboration, Shu-Te University, in partnership with the Wheat Foods Council, Chimei Food Co., Ltd., and other industry partners, is pleased to announce the 2nd Mei-Mai Cup Chinese Fermented Bread Competition in 2026. This competition aims to provide a professional platform for the preservation of traditional techniques, the development of innovative products, and the exchange of practical knowledge between academia and industry, thereby raising public awareness of the cultural and industrial significance of Chinese fermented bread.
The competition is divided into two categories: the High School (Vocational) Student Category and the College & Social Category. We warmly invite all professionals and enthusiasts in the food and beverage industry, as well as students and faculty from colleges and universities, to participate enthusiastically.
**Competition Schedule:**
1. Online Registration: From today until October 1, 2026 (Thursday)
2. Registration Deadline: From today until October 15, 2026 (Thursday)
3. Announcement of Finalists: October 22, 2026 (Thursday)
4. Final Competition Date: November 7, 2026 (Saturday)
**Eligibility and Regulations:**
1. **High School (Vocational) Student Category:** Open to all high school and vocational students currently enrolled who are interested in Chinese fermented bread.
2. **College & Social Category:** Open to college students majoring in baking, culinary arts, or food-related fields who are 18 years of age or older, as well as social individuals and professionals, such as pastry chefs, who are interested in Chinese bread.
**Registration Process and Timeline:**
1. Online Registration: From today until October 1, 2026 (Thursday)
2. Registration Deadline: From today until October 15, 2026 (Thursday)
3. Announcement of Finalists: October 22, 2026 (Thursday)
4. Final Competition Date: November 7, 2026 (Saturday)
