本校116學年度院系所學位學程增設、調整如下：
業經教育部115年9月4日臺教高(四)字第1152202736號函核定。
1.系所整併並更名：國際數位傳播學系【學士班、碩士班】。
（說明：傳播學系、國際數位媒體科技學士學位學程，自116學年度起整併並更名為「國際數位傳播學系」）
2.系所整併：藥學系
（說明：藥學系、臨床藥學研究所，自116學年度起整併為「藥學系」，含學士班及碩士班班別）
3.分組新增：人類發展與心理學系碩士班
（說明：新設人類發展與心理學系諮商心理學組）
4.學院、學位學程新增：國際醫學科學碩士學位學程、智慧永續管理學院經營管理碩士在職專班
5.停招：教育研究所碩士在職專班（說明：自116學年度起停招）
6.裁撤：教育研究所中等學校教師在職進修教學碩士學位班（說明：自116學年度起裁撤）

Announcement Regarding the Establishment and Adjustment of Academic Programs for the 116th Academic Year
The following establishment and adjustment of academic programs have been approved by the Ministry of Education via official letter No. 1152202736 dated September 4, 2024.
1. **Departmental Merger and Renaming**: International Digital Communication Department [Undergraduate and Graduate Programs]
(Explanation: The Communication Department and the Bachelor is Program in International Digital Media Technology will be merged and renamed as the "International Digital Communication Department" starting from the 116th academic year.)
2. **Departmental Merger**: Pharmacy Department
(Explanation: The Pharmacy Department and the Graduate Institute of Clinical Pharmacy will be merged as the "Pharmacy Department" starting from the 116th academic year, encompassing both undergraduate and graduate programs.)
3. **New Program Addition**: Graduate Program in the Department of Human Development and Psychology
(Explanation: A new Counseling Psychology Group will be established within the Graduate Program of the Department of Human Development and Psychology.)
4. **New College and Program Addition**: Master is Program in International Medical Sciences, and the Graduate Program in Business Administration (Part-time) under the College of Smart Sustainable Management.
5. **Discontinuation of Recruitment**: Graduate Program in Education (Part-time)
(Explanation: Recruitment for this program will cease starting from the 116th academic year.)
6. **Program Discontinuation**: Graduate Program in Education for In-service Teachers in Secondary Schools
(Explanation: This program will be discontinued starting from the 116th academic year.)
