1.委託辦理品質保證認可實施作業說明

說明：
1.本次以「Cisco Webex Meeting雲端視訊會議」召開，會議連結將於9/24(四)傳送，建議會議當天提前15-30分鐘登入測試。
2.簽到連結亦於9/24(四)發送至信箱，請於會議當天下午1點至2點完成簽到。。
3.敬請院、系所主管及助理務必出席與會，並邀請單位內教師出席瞭解。（若系所主管無法與會，請薦派教師代表與會）
4.參與之教職同仁將核給教育訓練(專業)時數2小時。

**Announcement: Online Briefing on Accreditation of Quality Assurance for Departments and Programs Commissioned by the University**
**Date:** September 29, 2026 (Thursday)

**Presenters:** Director Chi Chun-Chi and Specialist Hsiao Fang-Wen, Taiwan Higher Education Accreditation Association
**Attendees:** Heads of colleges, departments, and programs, administrative assistants, faculty members, and staff from all administrative units
※ Please register via the University Administrative System.
**Agenda:**
1. Analysis of Quality Assurance Items, Self-Assessment, and Report Writing Practices:
- Explanation of quality assurance items and core indicators
- Introduction to the fundamental concepts of self-assessment, reminders for writing, principles, and practical case analysis
2. Explanation of Accreditation Procedures and the Integrated Evaluation Information Management System:
- Overview of the implementation procedures for accreditation of quality assurance conducted by commissioned departments and programs
- Explanation of the Integrated Evaluation Information Management System
**Notes:**
1. This briefing will be held via Cisco Webex Meeting. The meeting link will be sent on September 24, 2026 (Saturday). It is recommended to log in 15–30 minutes before the meeting to test the connection.
2. The sign-in link will also be sent to your email on September 24, 2026 (Saturday). Please complete the sign-in between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM on the day of the meeting.
3. Heads of colleges, departments, and programs, as well as their assistants, are required to attend. Faculty members from each unit are also invited to participate and familiarize themselves with the process. (If the head of a department or program cannot attend, please recommend a faculty representative to participate.)
4. Participants will be credited with 2 hours of professional development training.
