為鼓勵全國大專校院學生參與桃園城市發展，提出以桃園為主題的創新點子與研究實作，特辦理旨案競賽，期透過青年創意發想、跨域合作及研究實作，匯聚多元智慧，共同打造智慧、宜居、永續的城市。
競賽相關說明如下：
(一)主辦單位：桃園市政府智慧城鄉發展委員會。
(二)徵件對象：具國內外大專校院（含專科、碩博士）在學身分，須由專任或兼任教師擔任指導教師；可個人或組隊參加（每隊上限5人，每人至多參加2隊）。
(三)報名期間：115年9月1日至11月30日止。
(四)報名方式：採網路報名，請至主辦單位官網首頁「便民服務－線上報名」專區填寫報名資料並上傳徵件文件。
(五)審查方式：初審採書面審查；複審邀請相關領域專家學者擔任評選委員，由入圍團隊進行現場簡報及詢答，並依評選標準評分及排名。
(六)徵選類別及獎金：
1、創新點子組：最高獎金3萬元整。
2、研究實作組：最高獎金12萬元（分兩階段撥發）。
To encourage college and university students nationwide to participate in the development of Taoyuan City and to submit innovative ideas and research projects themed around Taoyuan, a project competition is being held. The aim is to gather diverse wisdom through youth creativity, interdisciplinary collaboration, and research projects to jointly build a smart, livable, and sustainable city.
Competition details are as follows:
(I) Organizer: Taoyuan City Government Smart City and Town Development Committee.
(II) Eligibility: Applicants must be currently enrolled in domestic or international colleges and universities (including junior college, master is, and doctoral programs) and must be supervised by a full-time or part-time faculty member. Participation can be individual or in teams (maximum 5 members per team, with each person participating in a maximum of 2 teams).
(III) Registration Period: September 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026.
(IV) Registration Method: Online registration. Please visit the organizer is official website and fill in the registration information and upload the application documents in the "Convenient Services - Online Registration" section.
(V) Review Method: The initial review will be conducted through written examination; the second review will invite experts and scholars in relevant fields to serve as selection committee members, with shortlisted teams giving on-site presentations and answering questions, and scoring and ranking according to the selection criteria.
(VI) Selection Categories and Prizes:
1. Innovative Ideas Group: Maximum prize of NT$30,000 .
2. Research and Implementation Group: Maximum prize of NT$120,000 (paid in two phases). |
