二、 申請時間：即日起至115年9月18日中午12時止
三、 搬寢時間：通知結果後至115年9月23日止
四、 申請方式：以學校gms信箱帳號登錄

六、 注意事項：
（一） 學號填寫錯誤將不予受理。
（二） 床位皆為四人寢並由宿舍輔導組安排。
（三） 每學年僅開放申請乙次更換校區，申請者請注意。
（四） 逾時將不再開放申請。
（五） 上課期間交通請自行處理。
**Announcement: Application for Dormitory Relocation**
**I. Eligibility:**
Applications are open to undergraduate and above students residing in university dormitories.
**II. Application Period:**
Applications will be accepted from the date of this announcement until 12:00 noon on September 18, 2026.
**III. Relocation Period:**
Relocation will take place from the date of notification until September 23, 2026.
**IV. Application Method:**
Applications must be submitted using the student's official university GMS email account.

**VI. Important Notes:**
1. Applications with incorrect student ID numbers will not be accepted.
2. All dormitory beds are in four-person rooms, and room assignments will be made by the Dormitory Guidance Office.
3. Applications for dormitory relocation are limited to one per academic year. Please note this when applying.
4. Late applications will not be accepted.
5. Students are responsible for their own transportation during the academic term.
