課程對象:凡需使用本校生物安全第二等級實驗室及保存場所之人員(含老師、研究生、學生、專案助理與研究助理等),以及本校生安委員均可報名參訓。
👥法源依據:「感染性生物材料管理辦法」第二十四條規定,應接受生物安全及生物保全繼續教育:
•BSL-2實驗室及保存場所新進人員:至少8小時。
•BSL-2實驗室及保存場所工作人員:每年至少4小時。
•生安會委員:每年至少2小時。
👥教育訓練規定:
•所有BSL-2實驗室之新進人員,需參訓e等公務園學習平台4小時課程,及「BSL-2實驗室生物安全及保全教育訓練」4小時,合計8小時參訓合格後方可進入BSL-2實驗室進行實驗。
•BSL-2實驗室管理人與感染性生物材料持有人皆須具備生物安全及保全教育訓練合計8小時受訓證書方得使用。
•本校參與BSL-2實驗室實驗人員皆須接受訓練後,方可於BSL-2實驗室進行實驗。
•實驗室及保存場所之工作人員,每年應取得生物安全及保全繼續教育訓練至少4小時以符合BSL-2實驗室進出繼續操作資格。
👥本校提供二種生物安全及保全教育訓練時數取得方式:
•新進人員登入e等公務園學習平台( https://elearn.hrd.gov.tw/mooc/index.php)
(以此方式取得時數新進4小時認證者須於115年09月28日前完成,並將通過認證時數證書列印送至各實驗授權單位備查。
•115年10月01日(星期四)上午9:00-16:30生物安全及保全教育訓練6小時。
進入BSL-2實驗場所之新進相關人員(含主管、教師、助理、研究員、學生)等請依上列方式合計取得8小時的訓練時數。
•生物安全第二等級(BSL-2)實驗室負責人及在職工作人員之繼續教育訓練請報名115年10月01日(星期四) 上午9:00-16:30辦理之生物安全及保全課程。

**Announcement: Training on Biosafety and Biosecurity for BSL-2 Laboratory Personnel**
**Training Date:** October 1, 2026 (Thursday)
**Training Time:** 09:00–16:30
**Venue:** H210 Lecture Hall, Main Campus
**Registration Method:** Please complete registration via the university is administrative system under the “Certification Activity Registration” section.
**Eligible Participants:**
All personnel who require access to the university is Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) laboratories and storage facilities (including faculty members, graduate students, undergraduate students, project assistants, and research assistants), as well as members of the university is Biosafety Committee, are eligible to register for this training.
**Legal Basis:**
According to Article 24 of the “Management Measures for Infectious Biological Materials,” personnel must receive continuing education in biosafety and biosecurity:
- New personnel entering BSL-2 laboratories and storage facilities: At least 8 hours.
- Existing personnel working in BSL-2 laboratories and storage facilities: At least 4 hours per year.
- Biosafety Committee members: At least 2 hours per year.
**Training Requirements:**
- All new personnel entering BSL-2 laboratories must complete a 4-hour course on the e-Service Learning Platform and a 4-hour session of the “BSL-2 Laboratory Biosafety and Biosecurity Training,” totaling 8 hours of training, before being permitted to conduct experiments in BSL-2 laboratories.
- Managers of BSL-2 laboratories and holders of infectious biological materials must possess a certificate confirming a total of 8 hours of biosafety and biosecurity training to be authorized for use.
- All university personnel involved in experiments within BSL-2 laboratories must complete the training before being allowed to work in these facilities.
- Personnel working in laboratories and storage facilities must obtain at least 4 hours of continuing education in biosafety and biosecurity annually to maintain their eligibility for continued operations in BSL-2 laboratories.
**Training Options for Biosafety and Biosecurity Hours:**
- New personnel should log in to the e-Service Learning Platform ([https://elearn.hrd.gov.tw/mooc/index.php](https://elearn.hrd.gov.tw/mooc/index.php)) to complete the required 4 hours of training. Those who complete this requirement must submit a printed certificate of completion to their respective laboratory authorization units by September 28, 2026.
- On October 1, 2026 (Thursday), from 09:00 to 16:30, a 6-hour biosafety and biosecurity training session will be held. New personnel (including supervisors, faculty, assistants, researchers, and students) who require access to BSL-2 facilities should combine this session with the e-Service Learning Platform course to fulfill the 8-hour training requirement.
- Continuing education training for BSL-2 laboratory managers and current staff should be registered for the October 1, 2026 session.
**Funding Source:**
This training is supported by the Ministry of Education is “Higher Education Deepening Plan.”
**Training Guidelines:**
- Participants who attend the training in full will receive a 6-hour professional certification and will be credited with one instance of “Faculty Professional Development Workshop.”
- Electronic copies of the training materials will be provided during the session or can be downloaded from the Environmental and Safety Center is website.
- Online check-in and check-out must be completed for the training to be recognized. Incomplete check-ins will be considered as absences, and no certification hours will be credited.
