一、函轉個人資料保護委員會籌備處原函及行政院消費者保護會第99次會議紀錄摘要各1份，
請貴校於蒐集、處理及利用消費者個人資料時，應確實遵守相關個人資料保護法規。
二、鑒於消費爭議常涉及個人資料過度蒐用、欠缺透明度及行銷騷擾等情事，為維護消費者個人資料權益，各類企業經營者(非公務機關)於蒐集、處理及利用(含行銷)消費者個人資料時，應確實遵守業管法規關於個人資料保護之規範，尤請注意遵循個人資料保護法規定。

1. Please find attached the original letter from the Office for the Preparation of the Personal Data Protection Commission and an excerpt from the 99th Meeting Minutes of the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Council.
We kindly request that your institution strictly adhere to relevant personal data protection regulations when collecting, processing, and utilizing consumer personal data.
2. Given that consumer disputes often involve issues such as excessive collection of personal data, lack of transparency, and marketing harassment, it is essential to safeguard consumer personal data rights. All types of business operators (non-governmental agencies) should comply with industry-specific regulations regarding personal data protection when collecting, processing, and utilizing (including for marketing purposes) consumer personal data. Special attention should be paid to adhering to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
