一、民國115年9月7日(一)開始申請至10月7日(三)截止申請。
二、將舉行慈濟醫療法人獎助生申請說明會,請欲申請者務必參加說明會並於校務行政系統報名,以便寄發說明會通知。
1. 9月9日(三)中午12:00-13:20 地點:建國校區-多功能微觀教室
2. 9月11日(五)中午12:00-13:00 地點:中央校區-第一教學研討室
三、申請對象:
大學部115級醫學系、藥學系、物理治療學系、醫學檢驗生物技術學系、醫學影像暨放射科學系、資訊相關學系、護理系(科)及學士後護理學系一年級(含)以上學生可申請(醫學系實習醫師及研究所學生不得申請)。
四、欲申請慈濟醫療法人獎助生者,請向本校人文處申請,必繳交文件如下:
1. 慈濟醫療法人獎助生申請表(可由人文處網頁下載)
2.自傳500字以上(字型:標楷體,大小:14,單行間距,紙張:A4,1-2頁即可,若有其他活動證明文件,請用附件,並於面試當天送交面試委員)。
3.申請所需文件
(1)在校生需檢附歷年成績單:前一學年學業總成績平均為75分(含)以上、在學期間操行成績80分(含)以上。
(2)115學年入學之新生請檢附學校錄取證明或入學成績證明等文件。
五、預計於10月14日(三)和10月16日(五)安排新申請獎助生面談,地點與面試時間將另行公告通知。
六、申請同學須參加慈濟獎助生人文營,未參加則視同放棄申請獎助,預計於10月17日(六)舉辦,若有更動請以人文處最新公告為準。
七、預計10月底前於校內簽核完畢後發函慈濟醫療法人辦理申請。
八、11月底前將公告通過慈濟醫療法人審查之名單。
九、本校代辦蒐集您個人資料的目的係為辦理慈濟醫療法人提供所屬教育志業體就學獎助金之相關事宜。詳細告知函請參考附件。

人文處 敬啟 1. Applications will be accepted from Monday, September 7, 2026, through Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
2. Information sessions for the Tzu Chi Medical Foundation Scholarship will be held. Students who intend to apply must attend one of the sessions and register through the University Administrative System so that session notifications can be sent.
(1) Wednesday, September 9, 12:00–13:20
Location: Jianguo Campus – Multifunctional Micro-Observation Classroom
(2) Friday, September 11, 12:00–13:00
Location: Central Campus – First Teaching Seminar Room
3. Eligibility:
Undergraduate students(first-year or above students) from the School of Medicine, School of Pharmacy, Department of Physical Therapy, Department of Laboratory Medicine and Biotechnology, Department of Medical Imaging and Radiological Sciences, information-related departments, Department of Nursing, and Post-Baccalaureate Nursing Program are eligible to apply.
(Clinical medical interns and graduate students are not eligible.)
4. Students who wish to apply for the Tzu Chi Medical Foundation Scholarship must submit their applications to the University is Office of Humanities. The following documents are required:
(1) Tzu Chi Medical Foundation Scholarship Application Form
(available for download from the Office of Humanities website)
(2) An autobiography of at least 500 characters
(Font: Times New Roman; Size: 14 pt; single-spaced; A4 paper, approximately 1–2 pages. If you have certificates or other supporting documents for activities, please attach them separately and submit them to the interview committee on the day of the interview.)
(3) Supporting documents required for application:
a. Current students must submit transcripts from all previous semesters. The overall academic average for the previous academic year must be 75 or above, and the conduct grade must be 80 or above.
b. Freshmen admitted in Academic Year 115 must submit proof of admission, entrance examination results, or other relevant documents.
5. Interviews for new scholarship applicants are tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, and Friday, October 16, 2026. The interview location and time will be announced aftwerwards.
6. Applicants are required to attend the Tzu Chi Scholarship Humanities Camp. Failure to attend will be regarded as withdrawal from the scholarship application. The camp is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026. In the event of any changes, please refer to the latest announcement from the Office of Humanities.
7. After the University completes its internal approval process, the application documents are expected to be formally submitted to the Tzu Chi Medical Foundation by the end of October.
8. The list of applicants approved by the Tzu Chi Medical Foundation is expected to be announced by the end of November.
9. The purpose of the University is collection of your personal data on behalf of the Tzu Chi Medical Foundation is to process matters related to the scholarship. Please refer to the attached Personal Data Collection Notice for details.

(1) Before applying, please carefully read the Tzu Chi Medical Foundation Scholarship Regulations and make sure you understand the rights and obligations of scholarship students. For details, please refer to the Tzu Chi University Office of Humanities website:

(2) Applications must be received before 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Students who wish to apply are advised to submit all documents before the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.
