慈濟大學「慈音戰鼓社」招募公告
【成立宗旨】
慈音戰鼓社以「鼓聲凝聚團隊、文化傳承、青春共創」為核心精神，透過戰鼓練習與團隊合作，讓同學在節奏與鼓聲中培養自信、紀律、默契與團隊精神，並將青春活力化為一股正向力量，展現慈濟大學學生的熱情與人文精神。
【成立目的】
藉由戰鼓訓練與表演，提供同學多元的學習與展現自我的舞台，從基礎鼓法、節奏訓練到團隊演出，培養專注力、協調力、體能及舞台表現能力；同時透過校內外活動、公益演出及各項交流，讓鼓聲成為傳遞愛與正能量的媒介。
【未來展望】
加入慈音戰鼓社，不只是學習打鼓，更是一段充滿挑戰與成長的青春旅程。期待每一位成員都能從「不敢拿鼓棒」到「站上舞台」，從個人學習到團隊合作，逐步累積自信與成就感，未來更有機會參與校內外大型活動、公益演出及交流活動，讓慈音戰鼓的鼓聲響徹慈大、走向社會、傳遞愛與希望！

Tzu Chi University - Recruitment Announcement for the "Cihui War Drums Club"
**[Purpose of Establishment]**
The Cihui War Drums Club is founded on the core values of "team cohesion through drumming, cultural heritage, and collaborative youth development." Through war drum practice and teamwork, the club aims to help students cultivate confidence, discipline, coordination, and a strong sense of teamwork. By channeling youthful energy into a positive force, the club showcases the passion and humanitarian spirit of Tzu Chi University students.
**[Objectives]**
The club provides students with a diverse platform for learning and self-expression through war drum training and performances. From basic drumming techniques and rhythm training to team performances, students will develop focus, coordination, physical stamina, and stage presence. Additionally, through both on-campus and off-campus activities, charity performances, and various exchanges, the club aims to use drumming as a medium to convey love and positive energy.
**[Future Prospects]**
Joining the Cihui War Drums Club is not just about learning to play drums; it is an enriching journey filled with challenges and growth. We hope that every member can progress from "not daring to hold drumsticks" to "performing on stage," from individual learning to teamwork, gradually building confidence and a sense of achievement. In the future, members will have the opportunity to participate in large-scale on-campus and off-campus events, charity performances, and exchange activities, allowing the sound of the Cihui War Drums to resonate throughout Tzu Chi University, reach society, and spread love and hope!
