【衛保組_開學有禮】
衛保組歡迎同學們回歸校園!
這是一份有關「衛保組_開學有禮」的活動問卷調查(大約1分鐘)，限本校學生參與，前200名完成填答者，出示提交畫面，可以向衛保組護理師領取一份小禮物喔(堅果總匯包) ! (不限校區，每人限領1次)

The Health and Welfare Section welcomes all students back to campus!
This is a questionnaire survey regarding the "Health and Welfare Section Back-to-School Gift" activity (approximately 1 minute to complete), exclusively for students of this university. The first 200 students who complete the survey may present their submission screen to receive a small gift (a mixed nuts package) from the nursing staff of the Health and Welfare Section. (This applies to all campuses; each student is eligible for one gift only.)
**Activity Period:** September 7, 2026 - October 2, 2026
**Invitation to Join the Health Care Section Volunteer Team:**
Students are encouraged to participate in the Health Care Section Volunteer program when they have the opportunity. Together with the Health Care Section, volunteers can promote healthy behaviors within the campus community. |
