✅ 活動對象：慈大學生 (不限學制、不限校區)
✅ 活動方式：上網填寫問卷即可∼不用全答對也有機會中獎！
✅ 活動獎勵：全聯禮券100元/名，共抽60名
✅ 得獎訊息：活動結束後一週內，寄發mail通知中獎人(gms信箱)

We ive lined up a series of fun online quiz & prize draw events — with a new health topic every two weeks!
Learn something new the easy way and get a shot at cool prizes!
💡Just fill out the questionnaire online, and you could win a PX Mart gift voucher — don it miss out!

✅This Round is Topic: Health Literacy Questionnaire Survey.
✅ Event Period: September 7, 2026 to September 24, 2026
✅ Participants: All Tzu Chi University students (all programs and campuses)
✅ How to Participate: Just fill out the online questionnaire — no need to get everything right!
✅ Prizes: NT$100 PX Mart gift voucher for each winner (60 winners total)
✅ Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via GMS email within one week after the event ends.
