一. 申請時間:
即日起至115年9月30日(三)截止。
二. 申請資格:
1.碩士班一至二年級、博士班一至五年級之在學學生。
2.未於校內領取其它獎學金、助學獎勵補助。
3.不具校內、校外專職身分者。
三. 申請方式:
1. 請填寫「研究生助學金申請表」，經指導教授簽核後，於9月30日(三)前繳交至所屬研究所辦公室。
2. 各研究所辦公室請於10月2日（五）前，彙整學生申請資料，填寫助學金印領清冊。請將清冊電子檔寄至課務組信箱(just251103@gms.tcu.edu.tw)，紙本清冊與學生申請表則請繳交至教務處課務組。
3. 助學金於第一個月撥款完成後，課務組將把「助學金申請表」歸還至各所存檔備查。
**Notice Regarding the Application for Graduate Student Assistantship**
**I. Application Period:**
Applications are now open and must be submitted by September 30, 2026 (Friday).
**II. Eligibility Criteria:**
1. Graduate students currently enrolled in the first or second year of a master is program, or in the first to fifth year of a doctoral program.
2. Applicants must not have received any other scholarships or financial aid from the university.
3. Applicants must not hold any full-time positions, either within or outside the university.
**III. Application Procedure:**
1. Please complete the "Graduate Student Assistantship Application Form," obtain approval from your supervisor, and submit it to your respective graduate institute is office by September 30, 2026 (Friday).
2. Each graduate institute is office is required to compile the students i application materials and complete the "Assistantship Payment Register" by October 2, 2026 (Sunday). Please send the electronic version of the register to the Academic Affairs Office email (just251103@gms.tcu.edu.tw), and submit the paper copy of the register along with the students i application forms to the Academic Affairs Office.
3. After the first month is assistantship payment is completed, the Academic Affairs Office will return the "Assistantship Application Form" to each graduate institute for record-keeping purposes.
