一、為協助教師建立正確著作權觀念，經濟部智慧財產局已於該局網站建置「教師授課著作權錦囊」，內容包含教師於授課及製作教材時，影印書籍或文章、播放音樂或影片、使用圖片、上傳教材及進行遠距教學等著作權注意事項。
二、教師利用他人已公開發表之著作，應限於授課目的之必要範圍；如不符合著作權法合理使用規定，應事先取得著作財產權人之同意或授權。
三、進行遠距教學時，如利用他人已公開發表之著作，應採取合理技術措施，限制具學籍或已註冊選課之學生以個人帳號、密碼登入學習平臺使用，並提醒學生不得將個人帳號、密碼提供他人。

一、To assist faculty members in establishing a correct understanding of copyright, the Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs has established the "Copyright Guide for Teaching" on its official website. This resource includes important copyright considerations for faculty when teaching and preparing instructional materials, such as photocopying books or articles, playing music or videos, using images, uploading teaching materials, and conducting remote instruction.
二、When faculty members use works that have been publicly published by others, they should limit their use to the scope necessary for teaching purposes. If such use does not fall within the provisions of fair use under the Copyright Act, they must obtain prior consent or authorization from the copyright holder.
三、During remote instruction, if faculty members use works that have been publicly published by others, they should implement reasonable technical measures to restrict access to students who are enrolled or have registered for the course. Students should be reminded not to share their personal account credentials with others.
