為給予教師教學、研究、服務及多元升等之多面向的諮詢及實行之後盾，協助本校教師在優秀、資深教師帶領下，順利進行教學及研究工作，教師可選擇校內外優秀諮詢對象，以團隊或個人一對一方式向學者專家請益，互相討論與經驗傳承，精進教師專業能力、研究量能及職涯發展。
▲ 傳習申請說明：
一、申請資格：本校「專任教師」及「與教師同職級之研究人員」。
二、申請方式：線上申請，申請截止時間為115年11月16日(一)中午12:00

三、傳授者：須為國內外大專院校專任教授或副教授，並以曾獲教學、研究相關獎勵或經推薦之資深教授為優先，每人每次以帶領一至三位學習者為原則。
四、學習者得依實際需求申請一位傳授者輔導為原則。
五、補助經費項目：諮詢費(每次2,500元，每學期上限7,500元，實體及線上輔導皆可申請)、交通費。
六、通過審查之案件會寄發通知信件，收到通知後即可進行傳習輔導。由學習者填寫「傳習紀錄表」經傳授者簽名後，於115年12月09日(三)前，將傳習紀錄送本中心備查，以進行核銷作業。

To provide comprehensive support for faculty members in teaching, research, service, and diverse promotion pathways, the university assists its teachers in smoothly conducting their teaching and research activities under the guidance of outstanding and experienced educators. Faculty members may select excellent internal or external mentors and engage in one-on-one or team-based consultations with scholars and experts, fostering mutual discussion, knowledge sharing, and professional growth to enhance their teaching expertise, research capabilities, and career development.
**Application Guidelines:**
1. **Eligibility:** Full-time faculty members and researchers at the equivalent rank.
2. **Application Method:** Online application. The deadline is 12:00 noon on November 16, 2026 (Monday).

3. **Mentors:** Must be full or associate professors at domestic or international universities. Preference is given to those who have received teaching or research awards or are recommended by senior professors. Each mentor may guide one to three learners per session.
4. **Learners:** Should apply for guidance from one mentor based on their actual needs.
5. **Supported Expenses:** Consultation fees (NT$2,500 per session, with a maximum of NT$7,500 per semester) and Transportation cap.
6. **Notification:** Approved applications will receive a notification email. Upon receiving the notification, learners may commence mentorship. Learners must complete the "Mentorship Record Form," obtain the mentor is signature, and submit the record to the center for verification by December 9, 2026 (Wednesday) to proceed with reimbursement.
