**Application Period:** From the date of this announcement until December 31, 115. Applications must be submitted directly by the applicants; late submissions will not be accepted.
**Eligibility Criteria:** Please refer to the attached documents.

**Application Documents:** Please provide only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not submit any additional proofs that are not specified, in order to conserve paper usage and promote environmental protection, energy conservation, and carbon reduction.
**Ineligible Applicants:** If you do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please do not submit an application. All ineligible applications will be rejected.
**Incomplete Submissions:** Applications with incomplete or missing documents will not be accepted. Please carefully review all materials before resubmitting.
